Took my daughter in for a birthday meal awhile back. I ordered a grilled chicken breast dish, can't remember the name, but it was the smallest portion of chicken I have ever seen. It didn't even look like HALF a grilled chicken breast. It looked...more like the cook cut off a chunk of someone else's chicken breast and put it on my plate. I think that was punishment for ordering a heart healthy dish that wasn't that pricey? See, I was trying to lose weight after being severely overweight for most of my life. I ordered online. The total including taxes was $77.69. I was charged $89.34 on my credit card! I called the restaurant, and the lady who answered the phone told me I would have to call the 1800 number, but she didn't even have it. I...had to look it up myself! I submitted my case online.....and got a response that my situation would be sent on to the appropriate person. It's been 5 days since and I still haven't received a reply. Not impressed Montana's!!! The food was ok, other than the macaroni and cheese was a very small portion and the ribs and wings didn't have enough bbq sauce on them.More

Ordered takeout for 4 adults. We all had something different. I ordered the Chorizo Shrimp & steak, which comes with two sides. I asked for cole slaw, they gave me beans. I found a piece of what looked like foil under my two onion rings...(Yup 2) :\ and they were soggy. My fries were bland. The shrimp wasn't flavoured enough anything. So unsatisfied. I'm always disappointed with this restaurant, I don't think I'll ever go back. I'm done!More
