Even though they are closed Beer Bros, did a pop up tae out menu this weekend. WOW. My wife, daughter and I loved it. We ordered the Potstickers, kimchi chicken, spare ribs, the Kennel burger and the Banh Burger, WORTH every penny. Check them out...if they do this again.More
Great food. The homemade soup was amazing and the carrot + blueberry salad was really tasty and unique. The chicken pot pie was also very good. The sandwich with the ends was with a good soft bun. Portions were a good size and just the...right size. It is a nice location near a mall.More
The location can't be beat. They have a really nice patio. The beer was great and I was really surprised how good the food is. If I lived in Regina, I'd be a regular.
2nd time trying this restaurant and 2nd time disappointed! In the summer we ate outdoors and when the beer wasn't cold chalked it up to the warm weather and sitting in the sun. This time it was in the winter ... still warm beer. When...server fially returned to the table and I mentioned my drat beer was not cold- he shrugged and said really? offered to alternative or apology and went on his way. Had to flag him down again and ask for a bottled beer hoping it was better... sadly only slightly better. The food was mediocre- lots of room for improvement! As with the atmosphere and cleanliness- time to step it up it's not just your regular guys coming in to pay for service. In the end no discount on the 2 partially drank beers and no comments about the leftover food. We will not bother trying a 3rd timeMore
Really glad we visited this place. They have a great selection of craft beer on tap. All of the food was delicious and made fresh in house. I highly recommend this place as one of the best restaurants to visit in Regina.
Incredible gem and the place to go in downtown Regina. Huge selection and amazing staff make this pub the place to go. Perfect for an after work drink or group party. Cannot sy enough and not enough stars on the rating!!
When this place was new, it was hoppin and happening - dining room, pub area, party room, deli counter. Staff enthusiastically sharing the menu as all (most?) items feature beer. I loved supporting local and went often. Fast forward to today. This place is just...a sad, sad reminder of what it was. The benches and booths are threadbare and grimy. The tables are unsightly. Deli closed, dining room blocked off. I see the same owner there and wonder why they’ve let the place get so rundown over the years. The food is still delish with some of the best French fries your ever had. The chicken sandwich is amazing. There’s so much potential!More
We have been to Beer Bros a few times. Food, service, atmosphere & surroundings had been good. Today - not so much. It took a while to get drinks & menus. No problem, they were busy-ish. Waitress came to take our order, we got our...order in decent time. And usually the server will ask (after a few minutes of receiving food) how everything is tasting. But nope, we all finished eating with no one coming by to check. 2 people in our group orders S&P wings. They were very salty. Another server cleared our plates. We were able to order another drink but our server didn't seem to have the time to see if we wanted anything else. I think our biggest disappointment was having to walk through kitchen to get to the run down washrooms & the amount of toilet paper on the floor. Was definitely a turn off. Sorry, will be looking elsewhere next time.More
Their craft beer selection is excellent. I would return for that but I would not eat there. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish tasted stale. The chips were definitely not hand cut. More like frozen shoestringers. And all that for $19 plus tax?...Never again!More
An excellent place to stop by for a beer and some great food. It has a large patio with umbrellas, and the sun goes behind the buildings across the street early enough so you aren't in direct sunlight all during dinner. Extensive selection of bottles...and taps, and staff that know their selections and make excellent recommendations. Only tried the burger and fries, but it was very good - and a very large portion. Great place to stop for a pint on the patio !More
Both service and food was great. I’d go back. Lots of different beers to choose from. Easy walk from the hotel, and safe area. Enjoy !
Popped in for an afternoon snack and a drink, ordered the onion rings which are deep fried in a gluten-free batter. Literally the very first bite I took of the onion rings, I got a big mouthful of raw flour. It poured out onto the...table. It was one of those cup-shaped rings that somehow held a big pocket of flour in it. Pointed it out to the server, he said "sorry for the unfortunate incident" and that was it. The onion rings themselves though are fantastic. The dill pickle sauce is awesome. Would definitely order again, but I was pretty disappointed that the server didn't do anything about the raw flour. No discount, nothing complimentary. Have you ever eaten raw flour? It's gross.More
The food here was fantastic, though service was slow. This restaurant has a very different menu and I am not sure we liked the beet ketchup with our fries but overall a very good experience.
Our waiter was great! The waitress at the bar not so much. When we said we didn't have a reservation she told them to put by the door. The place was 50% empty and no one showed for reservations. The food was ok. The beer...was good! The bathroom is freezing and the water to wash your hands is ice!More
Really enjoyed this downtown pub with its unique menu and numerous local brews on tap. Including brews they make. Very enjoyable.
