It was decided that the Rotary Club of Regina Eastview should have a Social night out. We were placed at one long table on the east side of the restaurant, which was not ideal for visiting with people whom I had not seen for four...years due to the pandemic, but I sat at the end of the table, so that I could get up and walk about. Some just had drinks, and my friend and I enjoyed a glass of red wine, and steak frites., with peppercorn sauce on the side. Others had the soup and salad which they said was good. Our server was great, very attentive and managed to keep all our orders straight. Two of our members had their vehicles ticketed by City of Regina Parking Enforcement when they were parked at meters which they had fed; apparently these were in "bus lanes" at certain times of day!More

This place is wonderful. The staff was warm and helpful. All their food, including the bread, is homemade in the kitchen. There's live music after 8. The decor is eclectic and fun. We brought a child and even though they don't have a kids menu,...our waitress came over and gave him several options to choose from. I'll come back again!!More

I had chicken enchiladas a few weeks ago and loved them. I went again this past week and kept hoping each bite would get better. Feta cheese! In Mexican food. I should have read the Menu more closely. I hate feta. The sauce was also...overpowering. I was so disappointed. The server did comp my eggnog, which had not a hint of rum.More

The Cure is the perfect place! It suits you for whatever you are in the mood for. If you want to go for a nice date, the food is unreal, with lots of authentic Mexican flavours. If you want to have a late night out,...it has entertainment and a great downtown night- life vibe (pre covid). During the day, it is a nice spot to have a work lunch or a casual coffee. The new patio out back is so fun any time of day! The decor is spot on, with odes to the Artful Dodger, including brick, bookshelf and other vintage touches. The service is spectacular and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home!More

The food is excellent! The atmosphere is really nice: artsy/European style. It made me want to stay really long, which isn't typical for Regina venues (at lest for me). Very nice staff.

We had not been to the Cure before but we saw that they have a Mexican menu for September so we decided to give it a try. The food was very good and we were quite happy with it. I had Ceviche, Tacos Dorados and...a Caramel Flan, my wife had Elote, Chicken Mole and Sorbet. The only dish that was slightly disappointing was the Ceviche where the spices overpowered the shrimp. The rest was uniformly excellent. The appetizers were larger than expected (designed for sharing) and the entrees a bit smaller but overall things balanced out nicely. Its a pub and we were served by the bartender so the service was a bit spotty although he was very nice. I think he got delayed because a large group leaving all decided to pay individually and he was the only one serving. Decor is fine, fairly pub standard. We thought it would be a nice place to drop in for a drink sometime and we will do that.More

Cosy place, good food and nice service. In addition to some good local beers, they have excellent wine-choice. Nothing to complain here.

Walked in and heard Joni it made me feel right at home. The waiter was very pleasant and I am glad I followed his recommendation for lunch. Had the chicken enchiladas which were presented very well, took a picture to post but messed up. My...friend had the special and it looked great.More

Had brunch there and all our food was delicious. Nice presentation. Reasonable wait. The atmosphere is great-cool vibes, clean, unique. Server was polite and friendly but incompetent. Didn’t top off coffee. Didn’t clear plates when we were done. Completely absent with no excuse as there...were only 2 other tables. I’ll definitely go again and hopefully get a different server.More

The Cure has excellent food and outstanding service. It is worth the hassle of finding a parking spot downtown. 5/5

We stopped in here for dinner a few weeks ago and just realized I forgot to review it. Better may than never I suppose. The service was great, very quick and friendly. They have a good beer selection but I opted for O16 since all...GW products were on special. I had the steak frite and my wife a burger. Both were very good. For dessert we tried their special cheesecake which just happened to be cream soda flavoured. It had a nice vanilla flavour which my wife really liked, although I must admit it was a bit subtle for my taste (maybe I was expecting it to be carbonated! Haha). There was live music that night but we left before it started. All in all a giod first visit, definitely worth returning too.More

The Cure has been mislabeled as a bar or pub. The atmosphere has a wee pub feel but the venue is so much more. Chef Alain and his crew prepare amazing dishes, several with a Mexican flair. This is a great uptown restaurant for a...lunch meeting, a nice dinner or just a place to chill with friends over a glass of wine or some if Josh and Jake's tasty cocktails. Highly recommended when you are in the Queen City.More

My husband and I go out every Tuesday night and try new places around the city and The Cure did not disappoint. It was quiet, but that’s not unusual for a cold winter evening. The server, Matt, was very friendly. I had the Cuban sandwich...and my husband had the chicken enchilada, and we shared the beet salad. Everything was very tasty. Sorry I didn’t take photos — next time for sure. Nice place to check out. We will be back.More

We went at lunchtime on a Tuesday, at which time it was pretty quiet. Probably because everyone’s still recovering from the festive season and/or at the gym, working temporarily on their New Year’s resolution. Fast, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly service from Matt. A decent selection...of draught beers. A delicious soup-and-sandwich special. Together, most satisfying and value for money. Speaking of draughts, though: The blast of icy air that entered every time that the door opened made us happy that we’d selected the table furthest from the entranceway. It was a windy, -18C day, typical for Regina in January. There’s colder weather to come and being near that entranceway might be a bit chilly. Something for management to consider...More
