Excellent food, excellent service! Four of us went for an evening meal - the staff were very good, the food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely worth going and returning!!
On September 09, 2023 there was a group of 8 ( family and friends)went to the restaurant. It was my recommendation to go to the caraway Grill restaurant downtown location base on my previous experiences. In the past I have always ordered from the restaurant...and went for dine in there for may years. I have taken friends and family who visited from other places there too. Of course it has been a little over a year that I have not gone to the restaurant so I was carving it and had very high hope that the food it good. To my disappointment, The portions were so small that we had to order double of most items. Ok apparently since all the businesses are price gouging, some are reducing sizes instead of increasing the price. This time it was not just the quantity , but the quality was very poor. There was no different in taste between chicken curry and butter chicken and between both chicken dishes there was not enough chicken so each person has one piece. The lamb buryani had hardly any lamb and seems that rice was leftover with old taste. I am extremely disappointed and regret that i spend $200 that night and the food was disgusting and not worth the money. At the same time i have to say that the waitresses were very professional and polite and they did a good job. I guess this is goodbye for ever from Caraway grill.More
10/10 every time. The service will leave you questioning why you go to other restaurants. The food is delicious every time. Friendly people, amazing food. What more could you want.
This spot is across from the casino for those staying downtown. The smells should pull you in as you approach. They start you with a complementary appy and offered yet more. I opted for an unpriced combo (incl dumpling starter which was unusual but good,...tikka masala, naan, saffron rice and raita)... you can't really have just one dish, everything was excellent, taste, presentation and super attentive but respectful service. Pricing in my view was on the low side, under 40 including a beer. The only fault, was on my end as the portion sizes are larger than is typical so bring a friend or you will have enough takeout for another meal...really not a bad thing. Thanks for a wonderful mealMore
Best and authentic Indian food. Great service and prices are reasonable. But they dont accept reservations
Amazing food, huge portions, friendly service, great atmosphere. Owner introduced himself and ensured we we were satisfied. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The dishes were ample and very well prepared. The service was friendly and prompt.
I was pleasantly surprised. Food was quite tasty and the service was prompt and professional. Items were freshly prepared. I only wish I had come with a larger group so I could try more items.
I have been here before and I have never been disappointed. Food is great, service is prompt and pricing is good with generous portions. Very happy with my experience. Only negative is that I over ate.
Some of the best Indian food I've ever tasted. Period! Topped off by friendly staff and attentive table service.
Looking for more than the Costco dog across the street, we accidentally found the Caraway Grill. One of our party does not "do spice" but enjoyed the korma chicken & garlic nan. The rest of us were very pleased with our lunch specials too. The...flavours are subtle & the portions are generous. The staff is very friendly & helpful in explaining the various items.More
Had a lovely Indian meal here. The staff were very helpful, the portions were large & very tasty! In particular, they tasted freshly cooked. What’s not to like?
While all of the staff were friendly, what bothered us most was that the prices listed on the menu were not the prices we were billed for after the fact. Two lunch specials at $13.99 and $14.99 and one chai tea at $2.99 ended up...being $17.99 for each lunch special and $3.99 for the tea. A $29 meal ended up costing $40 plus the tax on this additional amount. The excuse used was that the new menus with updated prices are still being printed! Fine, but how about telling people the actual price before they order? Adding insult to injury is that the food is only average, and we say that from the perspective of having eaten at many Indian restaurants in other cities, having taken Indian cooking classes, and cooking many of our own Indian dishes at home.More
That is so low and cheap. The curries were tasty, but I can't believe they put fries in the pakoras. Have some pride!
