Memories is always our first choice for any special event! Anniversaries, Birthday parties, and Valentines day is always spent being served by Thomas and his wonderful staff! The food is always delicious and cooked to perfection, their monthly specialty menus are always great for getting us to try something we maybe wouldn't normally pick!
The Chicken Hellas is truly divine and is definitely recommended!
As if the food isn't enough to draw you in, the ambience and set up should seal the deal! The secluded booths make for an easy romantic evening where the focus is solely on your dining partner. The music is never loud, just a pleasant noise in the background. The wait staff are friendly, and there's always someone zooming around to ensure you never have an empty water glass. Thomas is always sure to check-in and ensure everything is perfect.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, anytime! If you like good food, you'll love Memories!

As a regular customer at Memories Dining restaurant, I usually order the same meals. They are famously known for the table side Peppercorn Steak cooked right at your table - See your server in action and providing you with entertainment and the delicious and juicy Chicken Hellas that tastes yummy the next day as left overs. My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Memories, which we normally do for each anniversary, but this visit was extra special because we felt like celebrities. The owner, Thomas, and his staff are so kind, have a good sense of humor, while maintaining professionalism. This place is not only for special occasions, if you are just out for a meal, this place has affordable options and is comparable to other dine in restaurants. The location is in the heart of downtown, but hidden, so this place can easily be missed if new to the city. The place has many booths that are cozy but if you prefer table and chairs, they are also comfortable. If I could eat here everyday, I would. The food is so delicious and plated beautifully. I've attached some pictures and just so you know, I have decided to try something new. The sole entree was part of a 4 course meal. It was not only delicious but an appetizer, salad, and dessert for $45, who could ignore this amazing deal.

Regina is lucky to have such a gem. We started with Oyster Rockefeller deliciously prepared as only Memories can. Moving on to the entree’s, my husband had the full rack of lamb Medium rare, and I had the 9 oz lobster tail. Every bite was expertly prepared. From the fig and squash touches to the perfectly seasoned proteins.
The service was impeccable. Louis did a phenomenal display of table side flambé on the baked Alaskan, as well as the Spanish coffee, hands down my favourite of anywhere! Thomas is an expert at making you feel at home but still delivers an evening you will remember at his classic establishment. Thank you making our anniversary all the more special! Highly recommend this for any occasion, you will not be disappointed.

We ordered Mother’s Day meals During Covid-19. One set of meals for my mom and dad and another set of meals for our family. As we all couldn’t eat together due to Covid... my dad picked up their meals and our daughter picked up ours. Memories went over and beyond with our family meals. As we live outside of Regina we wanted our meals to be picked up around 1pm when my daughter was heading out to our place. We explained we would keep the meals in our oven warmer till supper time. Memories had no problem with an earlier pick up and even put meals in tins that we just had to place in the oven to keep warm. Even after meals were in warmer for a few hours... they all were delicious. Thank you Memories for making our Mother’s Day supper special during this pandemic! We appreciated all you did for us to enjoy your fabulous dishes!

I had a wonderful evening recently dining with friends at Memories Fine Dining. The Restaurant, Atmosphere, Table Service and the whole works was exceptional!!! I made a special request for a meal and they delivered hands down at the table exactly what I was expecting.

My daughter and I dined there last night and the service was over the top. Thank you George. Everything is made in house and you can taste it! I highly recommend the spanakopita and the baked feta! They are not to be missed. We opted out of an entrée and just ordered a series of small plates that came out in perfect order and timing. Thomas, the owner, was so gracious and charming. Thank you for introducing me to a new digestif. It was a pleasure to meet you, and I hope to see you again. Memories is aptly named, because we definitely made some last night.

Our meals were wonderful, everything was hot and fresh. the service was absolutely fantastic . We were greeted as we entered and Nik and Thomas were very good hosts
and made us all feel welcome and important. We had a few guests with special requests for gluten free and vegan options and they were able to help them also. I highly recommend Memories for any size gatherings. I had brought in a few decorating items and everything was set up beautifully including my special request for table linens in a specific color. We could not have been more pleased for our special wedding day . We rate Memories a 10 out of 10! Jennifer and Wes

Dinner at Memories
Hi Thomas,
You probable get these emails every day but I wanted to comment that Kathy and I came in last night for dinner and it was very very good experience. We commented to each other as how the flavors stood out. We each had ( I thinks it call ) The flavors of Greece, the 5 coarse meal....... best lamb , I think I have ever tasted. With out saying the service and atmosphere was outstanding and with the Covid rules we felt very safe and comfortable.
I hope more people come out and support local business, we need them! We all forget what these same business do to support the local community.

We started up a First Nation company in Regina back in 2017 and our first experience was Memories. The staff, especially Nik, were very generous with us and thoughtful about our needs. We have held countless business meetings here and company events and every single time the service and quality of the food have been exceptional. Without a doubt I would highly recommend this restaurant and lounge for any occasion that will not disappoint. Thank you Memories for the Memories and continued support for our company. Memories is hands down the best dining experience in Regina. Do not take nay sayers seriously. The care and attention to detail, service and most importantly- food are absokutely unmatched. Best of all the owner of the restaurant made it a personal experience by introducing himself after the meal. If it's a special occasion do not hesitate to tell the staff- you will not get embarrassed. Overall exceptional food, exceptional service, and an exceptional experience. The owner should be proud of what he's built. Get the chicken or the lamb

Celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary here in early July 2021. Service, food and atmosphere are fantastic. We had a party of 10 in a larger room, rather loud group (hey, you don't celebrate 50th wedding anniversaries every day, and first time seeing entire family in months due to Covid). The staff were all very attentive, accommodated our requests and we were all very pleased with our varied food choices. Memories has been around for many years, and each time we have visited we have always been treated like VIPs. Prices are reasonable given the exceptional food quality. Will continue to return here. Thanks to Thomas and all his staff for helping to create a special evening for us all, especially the wedding couple!

Today Memories was on the news and awarded as the top 8 fine Dining restaurants in Canada on Trip Advisor. We celebrated our anniversary there tonight and had steak and lobster and lobster tails as our main course and bananas foster for desert. The Caribbean lobster tails are huge at 9 oz each, they covered the entire plate and hid the six oz filet. The food was fantastic, excellent service and the desert was a fantastic finish to our meal. Thanks to Thomas and his staff for making our evening extra special.

I received a warm welcome and was treated with the up most respect as soon as I entered this modern, fine dining restaurant.
With a great selection of wine, I was never worried about ending up with something I wasn't going to like, there is a bottle for everyone at memories. This great selection was further seen when picking out appetizers, with high end choices with noticeable Greek influence. The entrees are to die for, with excellent overall preparation and display, for me these really set the bar high and truely made the difference when comparing to other local restaurants.
Throughout the evening we were thrilled to have such a welcoming, kind and humorous server, Nik. He made sure we got the fine dining experience memories is famous for and he is a great represantive of the restaurant. The evening was finished off with delicious deserts and I left the restaurant already looking forward to the next time

I’d made a reservation to have dinner Saturday evening and my wife and I arrived a bit early. To my pleasant surprise our table was ready to go and I was seated by Thomas the owner of Memories. We were offered a cocktail before ordering and things were off to a great start. We’d ordered steaks and appetizers, mine was a 12oz ribeye and my wife had the 8oz. New York CAB Steak Neptune, with asparagus, shrimp, topped with fresh Hollandaise sauce. Both steaks were 100% spot on cooked to perfection. The ribeye was rare with an awesome char on the outside and a edge to edge rare throughout and my wife’s New York was medium pink thought.
I cooked for a living for the the first 8 years of my working life and I can tell you in my opinion those steaks were grilled absolutely spot on. Dessert was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was really nice also.
One more thing, if you’re a scotch drinker they have one of the absolute best scotch varieties at the bar in town. I’d guess there were around 30 to 40 different bottles and the prices were reasonable by today’s cost of scotch. Very impressive. Not to mention if you drink good scotch neat it’s served in a Glencarin nosing glass as it should be.

Welcoming atmosphere with deliciously prepared dishes. Unique pairings that work exceptionally well. Expect the flavourfully unexpected! Service is top knotch, and comfortable. This establishment is deserving of a Michelin star. If you haven’t tried it yet… Do!
If you have, and it’s been awhile go again!
They are also open for lunch during the week, and feature specials. You will not be disappointed. Memories is jewel in Regina. The Oysters Rockefeller is one of our favourite appetizers, but the Salad that came with the featured special managed to change my husband’s mind on cucumbers, he declared them delicious! I then had the lobster. (my personal favourite)
Cooked perfectly and served with lemon butter with a candle warmer so every bite was hot from first taste to last morsel, unlike other restaurants that just give you the butter in a ramekin, and it gets cold before you are done. It is the attention to the smallest details that make this one of the best restaurants on the planet, they have cooking chops! We are very lucky to have a family owned business that strives for excellence with every meal served. Special shout out to Thomas and George and Anastasia, also the servers who work hard and pay attention to the customer, thank you for another memorable anniversary. (The Spanish coffee was mmmmm!)
