It was the first time my son and daughter had experienced this type of dining experience. The service was great and the food was delicious! We had an amazing experience and they both said they would like to go again.
Definitely my favorite place!
The price is cheap, all the staff is nice and you can have anything you want. we came here for lunch and tried various fresh food. A quite new experience for those who haven’t tried hot pot before!
Here again to eat the authentic taste of home, it gives me a very comfortable feeling. There are many kinds of food. I prefer garlic beef, crab sticks and spinach noodles. I always get unexpected happiness when I come here with my friends.
The food is great. I like the beef , lamb, vegetable, and desert very much!
It is absolutely a nice place for having meals with your friends, families, colleagues and so on. Or you can even go there by yourself.
The service is also very...good!More
Apparently, this style of restaurant eating is very popular in China. You choose the type of broth you want and a large pot is placed on a burner within your table. You pick what you want to cook, with many options. The broth is very...tasty but multiple sources are actually available as the food itself is somewhat bland. I would go back again but only occasionally. $15.99 for the lunch buffet and $21 for the more extensive dinner buffet. You also pay for the pot and broth, which seems odd. The restaurant is new and very nicely laid out. Bathrooms are very clean. Kid friendly.More
We blindly walked into this restaurant. Had no idea what or how they served their food. First off its a very clean place. Lucky us we had a young male server who spoke english as his first language and quickly explain to us the menu...and the process. It's not complicated. Each table has at least one induction burner built in . You get 5 pieces of paper as seen in my pictures. One of them is to make your order on, it's very simple you just put a number beside the amount of the food you like to order. Have a look around at other people you will quickly see the Finley sliced meat placed in front of them, that would be an example one order of sliced meat. As each order will have its own quantity clearly marked on the menu, some sliced meat comes with 10 slices for one order. You just add this to your choice of spicy or regular boiling broth as per their cooking instructions or to your desire. There is buffet style table with a few desserts and plenty of sauce choices. For example you can take some garlic to put it in your broth. I enjoyed using the oyster sauce just as a dipping sauce for my cooked meat. As for the spicy , I found it to be about the heat of a pinch of ground pepper on your tongue. I did not find this spicy however some people would consider it and intolerable Heat. We added more chili pepper to our food from the buffet table. I would say the restaurant was not busy when we were there yet there was still a few errors in the food we had ordered to our table . It was not a real problem. I'm sure if we didn't want to eat the food they had brought that we didn't order we could have told them to take it back or if we really wanted more of what we had ordered we could have just ordered more . I can't say the chicken was of the best cut however everything was likely as authentic as it can get . There was some very unique items on the menu and it's nice that you can try just one item of something . Be mindful and don't waste much as an excess of waste will be charged to you at regular price of another person's meal. I'm sure you will be full and satisfied when you leave.More
My family of 6 get to the door. Are told we must wait 5 min. I have 4 kids ages 4-12. As we wAited there are tables that are sitting open. So After about a hour of waiting I ask are the open tables reserved?...Barely could understand her. She says they are for adults. Then I realize 1/2 later that they make smaller amount of money on children and only wanted adults to so they can make more money per seat. They where seating adults. But not us. Poorest restaurant I ever been too. I never hold back on what we order at a restaurant. We waited 1-1/2hrs with open seating everywhere. Never again will I go there and I tell every one how we where treated. They watched us get up and leave with no reaction.More
Upon entering the restaurant we were seated, but there was no explanation as to what we needed to do....it wasn't until we flagged a server down that we were given very vague directions as to how we needed to place our order. I am adventurous...and open to figuring things out, but my husband is not at all and so even though we stayed it was not an overly enjoyable experience.More
