It can get very busy, so come early or come with patience. The eggs benedict was great and they will customize much on the menu if you explain why you prefer it one way over another. The service was average, but the food made up for it. If you have picky eaters, you may be frustrated as the menu is... More

Three of us went to Poached for a brunch on Saturday. The place was busy but not overly crowded. Menu is limited and the food was adequate but what threw me off was that when I asked for a cup of coffee the waitress said that she could get me an Americano (I loath weak watery coffee and most Americanos... My favorite spot in town for breakfast. Friendly, efficient service and great atmosphere. Popular place so be prepared to wait unless you get there at less peak times, earlier on a weekday is best, very busy on weekends. Amazing breakfast platter with croquettes, wonderful maple bacon roll ups, eggs any way you like them and salad. Incredible Eggs Benedict, crab... More

Great food and atmosphere. Alway busy sunday. Kind of a hip place to eat and see people. Good service when you are seated. Well worth the attempt to get a seat.

Recommend the b'fast platter. The sun was shining in the front window so we had a cozy spot in the warm sun to enjoy our meal & visit!

I'm in Saskatoon for work and a few people have recommended that I check out poached for breakfast. I walked over Saturday morning at around 1130am and put my name on the list for a table, the hostess was really friendly and estimated a 20 min wait. I went for a walk and she called me within about 15 mins... More

Great little bistro but tricky to see on the sign as they advertise their evening saloon more. Service was great, food was awesome. Friendly server, not very big so go off peak as they do not take reservations.

Was in town from Vancouver and a local said we had to go here. Lucky we went on a weekday because weekends are quite busy I hear. Was amazing. The crab cakes were super as was the whole meal. I was blown away with the menu. I'm going back next time in town for sure. The service was good and... More

We are from Saskatchewan, but live overseas and Poached is a big part of our traditions on our first day back in Saskatoon when returning home. The coffee is delicious, the service is good, and the atmosphere is cozy. Do be aware that the serving sizes can be quite small and prices quite high, but that doesn't stop us from... More

I had the chile-chorizo omelette with toast and the cherry tomato salad with vinaigrette. It was absolutely fantastic! Very fresh tasting. Service was friendly and great. Went at lunch time and it was quite busy, so recommend going early at lunch time. My friend had the poached over creamy baked cheddar hash browns and I had the privilege of trying... More
