We were passing through Swift Current on our way back to Alberta and decided to go for Indian Food. Are we ever glad that we stopped at this friendly awesome place. The staff were friendly and helpful on making our suggestions. It was by far the best Indian food we have ever tasted and we eat Indian a lot Our food was very reasonably priced and we even had a bottle of wine. Thank you for an amazing night and my only negative is that you didn't open your restaurant in Okotoks... We will be back!!

My husband and I are big fans of Indian food and we are so very happy to have discovered Currytown this evening. We shared a coconut prawn dish, chicken saagwala, garlic naan, steamed rice (top quality rice subtly seasoned to perfection) and a wonderful fresh side dish, Papdi Chat, which has tamarind and yogurt and other sweet/sour/cooling/crunchy elements. Honestly, this is the best Indian food we've eaten since we stayed in Udaipur in early 2020! Perfectly spiced (we like it medium hot), inspired ingredients and combinations, and an extensive menu which is light years beyond Butter Chicken! We completely agree with a reviewer who wanted to enjoy every single dish on the menu and we now plan to stop at this hidden gem of a restaurant on our family visits to and from BC and Manitoba going forward! Here we have in Saskatchewan a great chef and friendly, helpful staff from the Punjab, "the Saskatchewan of India", which also produces grains, lentils, and dairy foods like paneer, the young cheese (not at all like lumpy cottage cheese but more like a semi-soft tofu-- only with 100x better taste!). We are already looking forward to another dinner here in September. Bonus, it's only thirty seconds to walk from Motel 6 across the road and parking lot to Currytown and then to waddle back and collapse. Happy, happy road warriors.

Staying in the area for a trip, decided to try Curry Town. Ordered coconut chicken curry and butter chicken curry, both really good and full of flavour. Would go back there again.

I have eaten here 3 times now, twice in person and once take-out. Everything we have had has been amazing. We have tried the Chicken Korma, Beef Curry, veggie pakoras, veggie samosas, naan, roti, okra masala, daal, and gulab jamun. My new favourite restaurant in swift. I recommend eating in the restaurant to enjoy the presentation in the beautiful dishes rather than the takeout styrofoam containers. I highly suggest trying the veggie pakoras and the okra masala! Prices are very reasonable.

Was visiting Swift Current for work and Curry Town was recommended to me as I really enjoy quality Indian food. Glad to say this place did not disappoint. Excellent flavours, good size servings and very friendly service. I will absolutely go back next time in town and would highly recommend.

The food was DELICIOUS! The service was quick and the server was polite and cheerful. There are two public washrooms and one likely could accommodate a wheelchair or walker as it’s got a track rolling barn door style door. There is no handle on the wall to help with mobility issues or change table though. There’s no step up into the restaurant so it was easy to get my stroller in.

In person, pickup, or with a third party delivery this place is great. Good food and friendly staff. Typically, I'd give five stars.
Ordered delivery directly through their website earlier in the day. Delivery time came and went. We gave them an extra 15 minutes since they may be busy. Called to enquire and was told the driver had our food, is already on the way, and will be there in a few minutes. A half-hour later the driver shows up with the food a mixture of lukewarm and cold items. We were warned by others to avoid their own delivery service as their food had been an hour late and cold when they ordered a few weeks ago, but we went for it anyway. The bag was marked by hand that it was delivery and the correct time, but ended up being 45 minutes late. Due to the food sitting for so long what would have been excellent was mediocre at best.
I would have given a higher rating if the person I spoke with on the phone was honest about their delivery driver or if the food was still warm/fresh.
I'll go back, but will never recommend ordering delivery directly from them. Either go in-person or order through a third-party.

We were visiting relatives in Swift Current and found out that there were some new restaurants in town and two were Indian cuisine. Since I love Indian food we went to the one that was easiest to go to. It was delicious so we said we would go again. So when we went again over the Christmas holidays we stopped in for dinner. I can't find fault with anything. The service was fast and the girl serving us was very friendly. The food came in no time. Everything was delicious. I ordered a mushroom curry and my husband ordered a chicken curry. We also ordered coconut rice and garlic naans. The heat level was medium. I really enjoyed my meal. There were lots of fresh mushrooms, not canned some some have done, and the naans were nicely cooked, not burned at all but not undercooked. My husband really enjoyed his dish as well. The waitress was very kind and even gave us some nice paper plates and cutlery because she knew we were staying at a motel and had lots of left overs.
The washroom was clean and the parking easy.
Go to this place if you love Indian food.

Some of the best Indian food we have ever had so don’t let the strip mall setting deter you. Inside the restaurant is renovated and clean. Service was excellent and the portions are perfect. We loved our meal!

Stopped by for convenience while waiting for the wife. Food and service were excellent. Ordered the chicken tikka, Basmati rice and a order of traditional nann bread. chicken was incredible, so tender and flavorful. Highly recommended.

We’ve been to India twice and savored the wonderfully spiced dishes, the mouth-watering breads, the small dips, and the delicious chutneys.
At home, we experiment with mixing the many, many spices and cooking Indian food from scratch. It’s incredibly difficult and takes ages.
In other words, we have a passionate relationship with Indian cuisine. So take our word for it: Curry Town truly serves authentic Indian food that easily rivals the delicacies you can find in places like Delhi and Mumbai.
The portions are huge, so be careful not to order too much. We had some airy papadums, naan bread, paratha with potato filling, daal, and lamb with spinach. And we ended up with a bit of a stomach ache because we ate way too much.
An Indian group, with the women in saris, enjoyed the food as much as we did. Could there be a better recommendation?

We ate here a couple of times while staying at the Motel 6 next door. The food is excellent and Jaideep was very helpful in guiding us to round out the meal. Portions are generous - we had enough leftover to have for lunch the next day.

Picked up yesterday, 2 meals of Curry coconut Prawns (med heat), and Naan bread and rice.
My husband and both agreed, best curry we've ever had. And the young lady at the register, helped me package it in my insulated bag. Very nice.
Will definitely order again. Looking forward to trying more menu items

What a gem of a place , next to Motel 6 , convenient for a quick supper .
The food was amazing , such good butter chicken and naan bread . The server was friendly and was able to recommend a dish for us. We will return on our next trip through Swift Current.
