This place comes highly recommended but please be aware that it's very popular so be prepared for a wait (hence the benches provided outside of the establishment. However it's well worth the wait for both the food and the atmosphere. Portions are large, the food...is tasty and it does offer value for money.More

We ate at this restaurant twice during our holiday in Whitehorse and loved all appetizers and meals we ordered. The food was delicious and exactly what was described in the menu. The atmosphere and servers were great and we loved the seating arrangements, but not...everyone will. Both visits, we were seated at a table with with another person/couple and had some wonderful conversations with the people at our table.More

The soup was…gloopy. Unfortunately, they were out of their signature dish (bison steak). The elk capaccio was excellent, the ribs outstanding, but the salmon brochettes a bit meh. What makes this place great are its energy, staff and the locals who shared the table with...us. Also, it was one of the few places open later on a Monday evening for dinner. Worth going, but this isn’t the place we’ll be talking about months from now.More

Exceptional restaurant with freshly locally source fish and meat. Each fish dish is to die for including all the fish and chips options. We returned to the restaurant 3 times which is unusual for us to do...and the staff works in unison lead by Dona...and the Soup N....they are just amazingMore

A must visit place in the Yukon. Only open in the summer and there can be a line, so plan accordingly. Always good food and an eclectic, fun atmosphere

A must do when in Whitehorse. I suggest you go earlier as you could wait awhile to get in. Food is great and the atmosphere is good. Would definitely eat here agin.

This is a must in Whitehorse Yukon. The atmosphere is eclectic and the people very friendly and welcoming. There is no rush. You can simple order and enjoy at your pace. We had the smoked salmon to start and boy was it big! For a...main course we had salmon and ribs (of course). It’s enough to share for two people and cooked to perfection.More

We returned after our last visit in 2016. This time we had an excellent meal with generous portions. Loved the atmosphere. The ribs were the best I have ever had.

Fantastic food and a great host. Be prepared to queue for a table in the evening, and there's a reason it's so busy because the food and service were both great. The house special is huge and everybody on the table who had it needed...a take out bag as they couldn't finish it. Next time I'm in Whitehorse I'll bring the group here.More

I work with two people that live/d up north - both said this place was a do not miss. We waited for 30 min to get in and it was worth every second. We had the char (the fish was done perfectly, and the salad...and rice were amazing), and the ribs - HUGE 1/2 rack that was DELICIOUS. The only negative was that the corn bread was a bit dry . Would DEFINITELY go back if we are ever in Whitehorse again. Loved the cute decor. Be prepared to share a table with others. Service was also quick and friendly. We were chatting with two other travelers that were sitting near us - we ran into them again in Dawson City :)More

Lined up to get into what appeared to be a popular place. Ordered the Wild Salmon dish and it was quite dry. The amount of food served per plate seems over the top and I shudder to think how much goes to waste. Seeing the...serving sizes of some of the desserts had me thinking this is a Quantity rather than Quality establishment.More

This is a busy spot in Whitehorse, so get there in good time. My buddy and I ate there on our way to Dawson City and again on our way back. I’m not a guy who loves to repeat restaurants on a trip, but this...was an exception. All of the food here is fresh and beautifully prepared. First time around I had the Arctic Char. The second, Halibut. Both were delicious but the Char was local and one of the best fish dinners in a long time. All of the veg are fresh and perfectly prepared. Even the beer is local. One of the staff, Emily took great care of us and made the experience that much more fun. If you’re in Whitehorse, this restaurant is a must.More

I went based on the reviews. Huge mistake. Even I, as a home cook, know that if the white albumen appears on the fish - it’s overcooked. The salmon was so overcooked I could hardly swallow my first and only bite. Salmon leather. It was...completely unseasoned, the salad served along side was undressed, just a pile of lettuce. I substituted mashed potatoes for the rice and it was just that- mashed potatoes. No cream, no butter no salt just mashed up potatoes. The couple seated next to us also said their salmon and halibut were dry. They are getting away with poor quality food because they cater to tourists and not return business because once you eat there you will never return. Our bill came to $70 without drinks. Robbery.More
