Anyone in the area (maybe needing a break from the Camino) would be crazy to miss this place. We went there with friends who live in a nearby village, and the food quality combined with enthusiastic service from the owner and principal chef made it a memorable experience. Not to be missed. Two salads, five mains, dessert and an endless supply of red wine came in at less than 75 Euro. Don't miss the chicken and leek in vinegar, peppers stuffed with cod, forest mushrooms with liver (I normally hate liver!) for a wonderful meal. A man and wife operation with occasional help from Mum. Our friends speak well of the rooms, but we didn't stay there - there are four bedrooms above the restaurant.

We had been told about this restaurant and we tried it. We're not coming back. Stressed waiters, limited quantities. They don't give a ticket, they charge by eye. Prices different from those on the menu. It is not worth the trip to go to this battle place.

We were recommended by our family and we have been delighted. A menu for 20 euros in which each dish surprised us more. All the food was spectacular, a very good stew coffee and both the owner and the rest of the waiters were very, very pleasant and attentive. The beautiful place with every detail that helps you feel at home.
Without a doubt, we will repeat again!

Spectacular food in a very charming place. Very good treatment and service. Everything we ordered was delicious. I would highlight the maragato stew, the beans, sirloin scallops and black rice. Very good desserts. Without a doubt we will repeat.

We have been as a family in a room, all 7 of us and all of 10. Attention, treatment, food, price. Ideal. I had the noodles with shrimp and broccoli, cod and cheesecake. All very good. Very nice and professional waiters.

Restaurant located in a beautiful Maragata house.
Great value for the price. Many options for firsts, seconds and desserts.
Everything delicious.
Fast service and very friendly staff.
We have been there several times and we always leave wanting to return soon.
