We were very happy to find out that this restaurant offered gluten free pasta and even rice crakers for appetizers. The pasta, fish & wine were excellent!

A small group of us traveled to Burano while visiting Murano Island. We had a wonderful lunch at this Italian restaurant. The seafood dishes were terrific. When the waiter heard that my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary he showed up with Prosecco for all of us. The suggested daily seafood specials were very reasonably priced with decent portions.

Avoid at all costs. Expensive for really quite scarily bad seafood and pasta. Rating if two because the beer was cold.

Be careful of hidden service charge that is not explain to you. Really annoying when this is slapped only after you're done with the meal. It is allowed, but ludicrous and most annoying. Food mediocre.

Restaurant Galuppi is a cute little Italian restaurant off the main square. Steeped in seafood dishes and fantastic Prosecco, this restaurant offers dozens of fresh catch, and menus printed in four different languages. Set down and enjoy a drink, take a break, watch the travelers, and soak up the ambience.

Location: In midst of the square in Burano which is surrounded by beautiful coloured houses. Ambiance: The interiors are very beautiful. The outdoor seating can not be missed! I mean if you are in Burano, then won't you like to eat in front of the coloured buildings? Staff: The tables are strictly allocated to waiters and hence the waiters don't... More

We stopped here after arriving very hungry to Burano. The food was awful. I ordered grilled sole. The flavour was terrible. My husband's scampi was rubbery. We got fries and water with our order and for this we paid over €60. Fine if the food is good. Not the case here.

This turned out to be our most expensive dinner on our trip. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if not for the food hadn't been awful, especially considering the price. We ordered clam spaghetti and grilled fish. The service was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. The spaghetti was quite bad, the sauce in particular. It lacked flavour... More

I eat lunch at Galuppi every time I visit Venice, as it's a great day out to go to Burano. Galuppi's has never disappointed, and I eat the same meal every time I go there. The Risotto with Scampi, and then the sweet wine with the local Burano biscotti. There was a large group of us having lunch there today,... More

Ate here on a whim while exploring Burano on a whim. Burano is beautiful and we enjoyed walked it's enchanted paths. Thus restaurant is a joke. The food and the experience left a bad taste in our mouths. Staff was friendly but the pasta is all premade. Sauce is from a can. Pasta with butter sauce is precooked spaghetti with... More
