..... service is slow, and staff did not know what was going on around them. They were disorganized and could not answer basic questions. On the upside, the pork belly and sea food chowder are fantastic.

This cafe is very popular and in spite of changing staff, seems to maintain a good standard.we have lunched there a number of times and find it relaxed and predictable. Good coffee and good outdoor area. Easy to find, buggy and wheelchair accessible
Lovely and clean. Good clean loos. Friendly staff. Wonderful baking and plenty of choices. Magazines to read and we never felt rushed
Nice café, but it was an expensive lunch of NZD74. for 2 x Fish and Chips, a wine and coffee. Am hoping the wedges on the plate weren't from a well known brand (who add sugar). Serving size is ok for lunch. Safe for children...More
We would class this as a typical NZ cafe, nothing special and the menu s typical of many cafes around NZ. Food and portion sizes were adequate and the service good, prices were reasonable.
