Since July 1969, the Trattoria offers its guests the simplicity and genuineness of its dishes prepared according to ancient recipes. Respecting these traditions, Tullio and his wife Vera have been able to create an environment suitable for every type of guest. Probably the "pillars" of the Orio's cuisine are Pizzoccheri and Sciatt, local dishes born in Teglio, the small village where Orio is located. As an alternative to the classic dishes of the Valtellinese cuisine, Orio's will be able to offer you, according to the season, delicious stew with Porcini mushrooms, salami of their own production and other fantastic dishes.
