Real amazing place ! An authentic trattoria serving some of the tastier Italian food I had since a long time. You eat in a cozy jazzy atmosphere. Pizzas are excellent, but you’ll find other great Italian specialties like osso bucco, or beef carpaccio (a delight) at very reasonable prices. You can enjoy a delicious fresh concomber/mint/ginger/lemon liter or pitcher cocktail to go along your meal. All ingredients are fresh and full of savor. 5-star service, candlelight, bare-feet on a beautiful wooden floor, in short this is heaven.

Awesome pizza!

We stopped by after a day-long cruise. Several people on the cruise recommended Altrove'... Their rave reviews were not overblown. We thoroughly enjoyed our pizza and pasta dishes. Try the 'fettuccini frutti de mare'WOW! The service was very good!! If you enjoy good Italian food, this is the place.

Fantastic Pizza!

After a long Dave of wreck diving, this was a welcome dinner. The pizza was excellent, with a good crunchy base, tasty sauce, good toppings, and cheese. We really enjoyed this pizza and would recommend it to everyone!

Hardest part about this review is that the food is delicious but the service lacks so poorly that it can’t make up for it. We were seated and 3 other tables seated after us who were tended to to order first. Guests who ordered on tables around us were given food before us and we had to ask where our food was as it had been 30 minutes since ordering and 50 since being seated (came for early dinner at 6pm and lots of free tables so wasn’t that it was busy) then as soon as I asked food was served within 10 minutes. Very difficult to understand how it took 40 minutes to cook a garlic bread and pesto pasta?! We came here as we had eaten at Altrove in El Nido a few days ago and the service and food was above expectations even with a full restaurant we were looked after. So you can understand how disappointing it is to come to the sister restaurant in Coron and be treated so poorly. Would suggest to get the food takeaway if you can as the chefs are very good at what they do. But the service team needs a lesson or two in hospitality

We recently visited this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised by the pizza we tasted. The flavor and consistency was nice. However, we were a little disappointed by the welcome which was not as warm as we had hoped. Also, the Margarita cocktail we ordered was pretty average in terms of taste. Another negative point is that we were not informed in advance that payment was only in cash. Apparently a note stating this was posted at the entrance, but we didn't notice it. Despite these small inconveniences, we still enjoyed our pizza but I wouldn't come back.

Was surprise about the pizza.

This is a review regarding pizza only since I ordered a take away so I cannot tell how the service is in the restaurant itself. I have to say that I was quite surprised by the pizza. To be in Coron I wasn't expecting to much but the quality is nice according to Italian standards of pizza it get as close as you can get here. Prices are fair and if there are not so many people the pizza is ready quite quickly. I would recommend.

Nice place where they require you to leave your shoes at the entrance. It is located in the center of Coron. The pizzas are quite large, we ordered 2 for 2 people and it was awesome. The complete meal (2 pizzas and 3 beers) was 1850 Php.

We came to this restaurant as we were told by the tricycle driver that it is the best restaurant in town and we loved it. We like pizza so we ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was fantastic. we will be for a few days in Coron so we may come back

A lovely welcome as you climb the stairs and find the elevated seating area. Food is nice but not amazing just needs bit more protein serving Eg calamari need more calamari, seafood pizza needed more seafood, carbonara needed more bacon etc etc. Wine was good. Waitress was nice. Overall a decent feed and we had fun.

Disappointing. Waitress acted like I was bothering her. I had to ask for a glass with my bottled water, both of which I would let slide if the food was good. Unfortunately the shrimp on the shrimp salad were overrecooked, the fettuccini pesto was underdone or stale (hard bits in it), even the citrus for my water was mealy. Clearly resting on their laurels.

Very popular every night but the queue soon moves and well worth the wait. Wood fire oven delivers top quality pizzas. Pasta was also excellent. We had a bottle of red wine that is available either chilled or at room temperature. Efficient and friendly staff

Half cooked pasta ruined the otherwise great experience

Took a while for us to find this place because the entrance was concealed by some type of tarpaulin. Didn't expect the place to be so dark, but nevertheless, the experience was good overall. We liked the pizza and the gelato, but the pasta was half cooked. The sauce was tasty, but the pasta ruined it. Such a waste considering they're asking a lot of money for their food. Good thing, the pizza and gelato saved the dinner. I don't think we'll dine again here if we ever come back.

We have been there twice because we loved the food and the staffs for two perfect dinner. First day we had the beef carpaccio which was perfect balanced and fresh as a starter and shared a pizza as main dish. Great! Second day was again the beef carpaccio which was again excellent and chose pasta for main dish. I had the tonno and my wife the seafood. The seafood sauce was so tasty, I never had this before. The tonno was also very good and both bushes came very quick after placing the order. Friendly staff and relaxing music for a perfect dinner in little Italy. I would say you even don’t get this quality of Italian food everywhere in Italy or Europe. Thank you for having us.

Good pizza

I had Pomodori for starters, and it was pretty basic. Fresh basil would have given so much for this. Pizza had good crust, not crispy, but chevy in that sense the dough had been risen overnight. Topping were good, othing special. The tomato sauce was missing little something, the more tomato flavor. Overall the pizza was great. Service was attending, however it was super annoying to wait in que.

Pasta and pizza were fine, the service was fine and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The ice cream was quite good, actually it was better than good. I liked it because it was really creamy and tasted good. The view is good from some of the tables near the window because the restaurant is on 1st floor and nothing obstructing the view. I would eat here again.
