Popped into The Social for their pop up Sunday roast..... let’s put it this way, there are lots of places in the Oxfordshire countryside for lunch, and The Social have set the bar very high. Amazing.

Delicious lunch of buttermilk fried chicken. My friend had a dish of veggies on sourdough. Both of us felt our tastebuds were well satisfied. The house red wine was also well received.

These days, when you find a place that doesn't just defrost/grill/nuke/serve, it's cause enough for celebration. When you find one that serves up a generous "Buddha Bowl" of salad perfectly dressed in a light, lemony dressing, full of fresh, chewy sprouts, beautifully presented veg (including...More
