The food was good. Also, was the only place open that day at noon. The lunch menu is the same price everywhere so you can't judge them based on the price. However, I don't know if they forgot my juice that day, but I never received it. It's an average place to eat.

I ordered off the specials board, then was charged at full price ($13 instead of $7) because the waitress told me she had given me a larger portion than normal. I had handed over my money before being told this and she refused to give me the correct change. Very deceitful.

We had lunch there twice and chose the daily special both times. Whilst the food and service were both OK it wasn't special but daily special was reasonably priced for the Galapagos. Similar restaurants away from the main street are cheaper and most have similar menus. Most also offer a daily special selection.

We were tempted by the $7 meal that was advertised on their board. I have to say, you get what you pay for. The meal includes a cheese soup (decent), juice (watered concentrate passion fruit juice), main course (I got 6-8 small breaded shrimp, cold french fries and cold boiled veggies). it's good if you are low on cash and... This is one of about 10 restaurants on the main drag (plaza!). Menu extends mainly to fish although there is a wide choice. We opted for ceviche as a main course and this was excellent. A bottle of wine here costs almost $40, but this kind of price is the norm for the Galapagos Islands. The restaurant is family-run under... More

The food here if good for tourist, not quite seasoned like o think it normally would be for locals. Meat , rice, French fries and a vegetable seem to be the norm. Pork taste and looks more like goat . Maybe the freshness ? Juice is good, not too sweet, and service was excellent .

Had a decent lunch with soup, fish, rice, maduro and juice for 7$. Usually lunch menus on Galapagos have small portions of meat/fish while the rice is supposed to fill you. Same here. Food was good quality and service efficient.

Had a lunch menue which is served with a little chicken soup. Main plate consists of some different meats to choose from. Fruit juice included. Desert was a small piece of banana pie. All in all the food was ok... Plate was too small for our understanding... 7 usd is way too much but normal for the island
