Just had a quick coffee here on the way to Marrickville Station. It was open early on Sunday and coffee was swiftly made and tasty.

This cafe is only about 100 mt from my place and I am so glad it is! The coffee is good, the staff friendly and the crowd local (it's a great spot where to get to know your neighbours). I had brekkie twice ands the food was tasty and fresh. Recommended
This is a re-review, I regularly come here for my breakfast needs- Coffee and (largely) Bacon & egg rolls. The coffee is consistent - which can be quite an ask in Marrickville, BJ's manage it ! Friendly staff who remember your regular order - which is really cool, as well as quick service and brilliant food. If you have the... More
The guy serving ( the owner) is appears to be uninterested at serving at best and outright rude at worst. Worst customer service I have ever experienced . Not recommended at all .
i have been working in the area for 3yrs and have tried Beejays on a fe occasions over the years, the reason i don't consistently go there is because this place is NOT consistent, I have lunch, surprise myself and think 'wow this is good' go back the next time (sometimes the very next day) and order the SAME thing... Great little local bar/brunch/cafe/restaurant. Consistently good coffee, breakfast on the go, brunch and morish dinner options.
Popped in for a beer before dinner at the Papaya Grill Laotian Restaurant so only had time for one. Run by lovely people and wish that we could have stayed longer. Also wish that we had something like this in Coogee !!
I went here twice with my partner and both experiences were very underwhelming. Honestly a 30/100 for the coffee would be realistic, and the hot chocolates are frothy rather than silky. service was terrible, no one looked happy, and the guy making the coffee looked like he was torn between miserable and irritated. Additionally, my order was screwed up by... More
Wonderful place to have breakfast or brunch, sitting outside or in and watching the world go by. I regularly have a banana smoothie and the salsa eggs at Beejay's. Always consistently wonderful food. I don't drink coffee but have heard it's delicious! My only gripe would be in the pricing. To have an extra of tomatoes and avocado from memory,... More
