Excelente spot, the food is very good and the fish is excellent! I love a place that serves delicious food even if they don't are the 5 star restaurant or a "Chef" owned place. Hard working señoras (cocineras) cooking a fresh home made "rancho style" meal IM IN!! 😍

Every time when in San Carlos my husband and I visit Bonifacios for a delicious and exotic dinner at this enchanting paradise! A must do. Excellent service and food.

The restaurant is part of the Hotel Torres del Fuerte but it is open to anybody. It is located inside an ex "hacienda" turned into hotel, hence it is very private and tranquil. The hacienda has been renovated, it is very finely furnished and it also includes a courtyard. The staff is really extremely friendly, our waiter was very considerate;... More

We went here to enjoy some food after an extremely tiresome day. We didn't expect much, but the hamburger blew us away, the best one in the country! Would go again and would recommend everybody to go here that is in El fuerte. Staff is also friendly, it is a bit hard to find since it is behind the torre... More

Ate dinner here, its part of the centro located Hotel Torres. Lovely courtyard interior. Margaritas on the courtyard patio bar were good. Restaurant interior nicely decorated. Two small rooms, nice ambience, air conditioned. Good service, decent menu of meat, chicken and sea food offered. Starters, were small green salad with house dressing. OK. Mains were 3 orders of pork tenderloin... More

Atmosphere is great. Inside the courtyard of the hotel service was spotty. Hard to find the waiter at times. Atmosphere upscale but something's a bit strange. Beer was brought to the table in a can. Now even with a glass. Or shrimp with tres salsa was very good. Large portion of nicely prepared shrimp.

This Gem was part of our Copper Canyon Tour with Mexico Yacht Vacations. In my estimation the Torres Hotel belongs in a architectural Digest . It took Jesus Torres seven years of hard work and traveling all across Mexico to find all the artifacts that he needed to convert his 200year old family home into a very special and unique... More

I had nothing but amazing food from Bonifacio's in El Fuerte. The appetizers were great, the drinks were great, the meal was amazing, and of course a great choice of desserts. Not to mention good service and a friendly and intimate environment. I would recommend Bonifacio's to anyone!
