Pretty decent pizza. The patio was lovely on the lake. Service was fast and friendly. The inside was super rustic and had good vibes.

Food was good. I stayed in a motel right next door so I went over to order some food. I ordered a full rack and beef quesadilla. The portion is huge. The food is tasty. The price is reasonable.

The restaurant log building dates back to 1925 and it is still in excellent shape. The ambiance is perfect for a north woods bar and eatery. The food was delicious and plentiful. More than my wife and I could eat! The staff and even other...custom ears were friendly and welcoming.More

As others have mentioned, the building and its ambiance is a big part of Green’s. As big as the service (spot on, thorough but not pushy) and the food (lots of home town and north woods favourites to be had). We went for lunch during...a week on Kakagi Lake near by (if you like lots of islands, clear water and nearly no one else around, Kakagi is a great choice). The pickerel (had by two of us) was very good. A plentiful serving, accompanied by fries and soup or salad. The salad was clearly house made with fresh greens and veggies (my only knock is the plastic salad dish). Two others had burgers and sweet potato fries. Everyone was pleased with the meals, lots of food all well prepared in all cases. We fronted the mains with two appetizers deep fried pickles and deep fried avocado (a first for me). Both were better than just good and clearly not just pulled out of the freezer and dunked. Beverages get a high plus as well. Lost Lakes Blueberry ( from up the road in Kenora) was grand and the remaining can/bottle selection deep enough to keep you happy. The bar itself is a big part of the view, and carries its weight in unique items on every surface. While the parking is a challenge if it’s wet or busy, it was no issue for us. I’ll be back, next summer dori g a week at Kakagi Lake.More

There is a sign when you walk in that says "If these walls could talk"--there is a lot of history that could be told I would imagine! Inside is cozy with stuffed fish and animal mounts hanging on the walls. There is a nice deck...to sit outside if you choose to do so. Service was great, and the food was delicious. We all had a steak sandwich which had great flavor and a side salad and washed it all down with a few Molsons. We thought the food was so good that we went back and watched the women's soccer match and had lunch. For an appetizer we got the spinach dip (lots of melted cheese! YUM! My inner fat kid was happy) and I had a club sandwich and fries which was excellent as well. If you are fishing or in he neighborhood and don't want to cook--this is a great place!More

We stopped in for supper-had the chipotle burger and fries. Excellent meal! Homemade burger, fresh bun and fresh toppings. LOTS of homemade fries. Service was quick and friendly. We returned for breakfast and again was not disappointed. Although from the outside it doesn’t look like...much don’t pass this restaurant up, you won’t be disappointed!!!More

My family and I had the opportunity of stopping at greens for lunch last fall and the meal was delicious. My kids especially loved the fresh cut French fries with their chicken strips while my husband had a bacon cheeseburger and I had a chicken...Caesar wrap with a huge portion of fries. The service was great and the food was comforting! we also had the opportunity of meeting of meeting the owners who were also very nice. Looking forward to going back in the near future and trying something different on their menu. CheersMore

Super friendly staff, good food, lots of history and rustic nostalgia. You can look out at the lake and watch the sun go down. This building has been around from the earliest days of Nestor Falls. Is it fancy? No. Does this place have character?...For sure. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.More

We stopped here on our way home after our vacation. This is a very old and historical building, circa, 1920’s. The view of Lake of the Woods is beautiful. The service was very good and the food delicious. I ordered an omelette for breakfast. The...eggs were delicious, sweet and fresh tasting. Much tastier than eggs in a restaurant usually are. The only negative was a fellow patron who felt he was entitled to use foul language in a public room. I would recommend Green’s for breakfast and a seat by the windows. If you like to eat outdoors, there is also a nice deck.More

This is a great place to go !!! Yes it is not the same as a city restaurant but that makes it special . It is an old building with plenty of charm . Take it for what it is . The food is good...the ambiance is wonderful . You are in the bush not the city . Get a burger and a beer . See all the wonderful wildlife mounts and pieces of history on display . This is a must do in Nestor FallsMore

Parking is very limited, and steep slippery entrance to facility. Average pub type food with home made french fries. Liquor licenced, so alcoholic beverages available, but pricey. View is nice across the bay, especially for first time visitors.
