We was here durng our stay in Guiuan. Its a quiet and nice place. About the rooms i cant say anything, cause our stay was at the Tanghay View Lodge, what is about 50 Meters away.

Misty blue does not have a huge menu, but what they do offer is great quality food. My family has a tradition of if it's your birthday you choose the place. Well my b- day so off to Guiuan , eastern Samar,135km from our home, to the Misty blue this was my 1st time ,but had heard it was very... More

Staying in municiaplity where Magellan first landed, you can't miss the Misty Blue Boathouse. Breakfast, pizza, duck farts and mango daiquiris are my favourites for almost 8 months from this place. Enjoying the food while looking on the view at whatever time of the days is just superb. You'll surely get more than the value of your money when you... More

Excellent fried chicken and hamburgers with generous portions. The only place in the area to get good tasting pizza. The pizza is baked in a wood fired oven. Many different types of liquor in the bar. There are two dining areas over the ocean.

Great Australian theme on the restaurant. Food was very good, however limited to pizza, burgers, pasta, and limited selection on rice meals.

Misty Blue is a must stop for anyone making their way down to Guiuan, or the greater Eastern Samar area. You can expect the best service of your life while enjoying drinks in the beautiful saltwater pool or having a romantic dinner in one of the palapas overhanging the ocean. Greg, the owner, is an absolute gentleman and a wonderful... More

We have stayed here twice, before Typhoon Yolanda and now, 15 months later. The owners Greg and Ryla have rebuilt Misty Blue after the typhoon. He is just finishing off a couple of rooms in the next month. The pool is sea water, very clean and a lovely place to chill. They have an extensive menu. The pizzas are great... More

Just reopen end of April, this place is lovely and the owner is a very nice guy. 1st of all it is the only place you can decently call a bar and the only real bar counter in Guiuan. The best (and only) choice of alcohol in Guiuan. Even if not Italian the pizzas are very nice and very affordable.... More
