Great food, great service, love the decor. No wait, but it was a weekday. Probably busy over weekend. We just moved to spokane and when family comes to visit we are definitely taking them here for a breakfast! :)

Love this wonderful little restaurant and I mean not big that is why the wait is usually long. Luckily it was just 10 minutes and worth every minute. At least there is coffee while you wait and it was great. Their biscuits and gravy are the best in the valley. A little more gravy would have been great. Large portions... More

Was represented as number one home cooking in the area. We ordered the tomato soup (gross- they put barbecue sauce in it), philly sandwich, blt, and cheese burger. I think this is more of a breakfast/brunch place where you order the steak and gravy or egg dishes. Everything was good- but the lunch menu is average. I liked that the... More

I was visiting Spokane for work and decided on my way out to try the best breakfast spot according to the locals and trip advisor. This brought me to the Cottage Café. I got there early enough on a Thursday that there was no wait, but the place was definitely almost full. The servers are prompt and friendly, and I... More

Good thing it was a gorgeous day to be outside 'cause we waited good half hour together with another 6 to 8 families/couples. The service was good and good was excellent so that kinda make it up. Cute little place for breakfast. Oh! One more thing..the street this is in is a ONE WAY so don't do what I did... More

There is always a line. So plan ahead, because it is most definitely worth the wait! This is our very favorite and only go to breakfast place. Only open for breakfast and lunch. We are frequent flyers of this establishment. Yes it's just that good!

Family of 4 two adults two kids, 15 minute wait. Outstanding service from Brandon with excellent breakfast/ brunch orders. Strawberry jam was great along with their cottage fries. Ate too much and would recommend going back again.

We went here for a late lunch before they closed at 2pm. The location is not great, but easy to get to off I-90. The "cottage" exterior looks nice and they have 4 tables for outside seating. The interior decor is more old diner like, but still nice enough and functional. The Good: Nice menu selections Excellent food quality and... More

One of the best breakfast places in the Spokane area. While there is usually a wait, it's worth it! Fresh and homemade dishes that will satisfy your appetite for an exceptionally filling breakfast. Been enjoying their food for many years, and loved it every time. This restaurant could be 2x larger, and they would still be busy. Recommend the country... More
