Have been many times and always, always had a great meal. Service is wonderful, staff very attentive. During lockdown we have missed being able to visit so it was lovely to see that they were doing takeaway meals. Got one on Sunday it was absolutely...delicious. Will be going back for more. Well done to all the staff. Stay safe.More

Firstly, the food is immense! Absolutely excellent. We went for a meal on the last day before lockdown 2. It was packed and rightly so! Never disappoints. The atmosphere is great and the staff can't do enough to help. Highly recommend!!

Ate here twice during our holiday. We’d seen the great trip advisor reviews so booked a table for our wedding anniversary. This is a lovely restaurant with plenty of parking and very welcoming staff. The food here is amazing and really generous. The sharer platter...of duck spring rolls, prawn pakoras and breaded chicken strips was so tasty. My seafood pasta dish was so good I would have had a second helping if I wasn’t so full. My husband’s steak pie was full to the brim with meat, so much so he couldn’t eat all the pastry. We were stunned when the bill came as we would have paid easily half as much again for what we had eaten back home in the Midlands. Great value for money. It was such a good experience we booked again to eat there in the week despite having a self catering cottage. The food was equally as good on our second visit. This time I had the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had which was packed with chicken. It’s a shame we don’t have this restaurant closer to home, but would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.More

We had a wonderful stay at The Craven Heiffer - the staff, food, facilities and cleanliness were superb. We have been quarantining since March but really felt we needed a treat. We chose to stay at The Craven Heiffer for a couple of nights because...we saw they were really taking Coronavirus seriously and had extensive measures in place to safeguard their guests - we were not disappointed. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.More
