Its not cheap to eat here but you will not leave hungry! It is well worth it! You pay for your lobster at the entrance so decide how hungry you are before you sit down! I chose a 1 pounder and my husband chose 1...1/2 pounds. It was totally enough. You are offered seconds on everything except for the lobster. Started with bread and butter. Choice of soup or chowder. I had the soup of the day which was excellent and my husband chose the chowder which he loved. Then buckets of mussels. Next course was 3 different salads - small portions but totally adequate. The lobster is all cut up for you for ease of eating. They supply bibs and all the tools for getting all the meat out. The desserts were delicious. I chose the mile high lemon meringue pie and my husband took the coconut cream. Yummy. Tea, coffee and soft drinks included. It was so crowded as lots of bus tours come in but it was fun and there's tons of room for everyone. The service was excellent and was super friendly. Would highly recommend eating here.More

This is a must go spot in PEI. Make the drive and enjoy the experience. Bring a serious appetite and they will squash it like a bug. This is a new favorite spot for us when visiting the island. When asked for seconds, just say..."yes" and get after it! Enjoy!More

We have always thoroughly enjoyed our experience here when visiting PEI. It is efficient, pleasant and clean, and with warm and friendly service. It is very reasonably priced. A must!

We have had a very full and sumptuous dinner at the New Glasgow Lobster Suppers. Unlimited buckets of fresh mussels were provided as appetiser. I was half full after eating more than 10 mussels. The lobster meats was slightly tough probably from overlooking. However, I...still enjoyed it. The Atlantic Salmon that my husband had was very tender and juicy 😋👍!! I had to skip the desert.More

Food was okay but service was terrible. We chose this location to avoid the hassle of managing a buffet with two little ones. But it ended up being torture for all of us as we waited 15-20min between courses and our server was nowhere to...be found for drink refills, etc. Was not expecting to be there over two hours - no wonder there was a line out the door. Would not attempt it again.More

We had a large party of six adults and four children under 8. Our waitress Hannah was exceptional making sure the children got their food quickly. The meal was very good with the salad earning rave reviews from everyone. The large pails of mussels and...delicious buns were an unexpected bonus. The desserts are wonderfully varied including lemon pie, chocolate cake etc.More

This spot is a new favorite and tour de force of tasty food! My wife and I ordered the 1lb lobsters (so glad we didn't go larger on these) and we got half lobster kid meals for the two kids. What follows is more food...than you can possibly fathom because everything other than the main course gets seconds if you want them. They will generously offer to get you seconds after every step in the meal! We ordered mussels for the table and what seemed like a gallon bucket arrived FULL of them! Dipped in butter they were absolutely fantastic- so much so that we too them up on seconds. And a second bucket came. Holy crap! They won, they won. We finished them but right then and there I felt my value for the meal was already present before the main even came. And then the desserts were awesome too! We didn't have room for seconds on those! We will be back and make this a tradition for our future trips to the island! Make it yours too!More

The ham was too salty for me , chicken was ok for wife. Carrots and broccoli were nearly raw. Mussels were good , rolls were good. Salad was plain but ok. Deserts were ok . For $100 and 65 yrs being business we expected to...have no complaints.More

The lobster supper and the entire experience exceeded our rather high expectations. We didn't have a reservation but only waited 15 minutes for our table with a group of 9. The apps including chowder and PEI muscles were great. The lobster was excellent. Desserts were...delicious. Our server took great care of us looking after the two children. One of our party is celiac and she suggested gluten free biscuits and a gluten free brownie. She was an excellent and very friendly server. Next time we come to PEI we will definitely come back.More

I had read that Lobster suppers were the thing to do on PEI. This one was a well oiled machine. It even had gluten free brownies. The staff was kind and helpful. We did have to wait a bit and it is not cheap, but...it is lobster and it helps a local place. Tour buses do come here but don't be turned off. They will have available tables for small groups. We even got a table with a great view. Barry even gave us a personal tour of the lobster tanks.More

Saw restaurant reviews posted a lot online stating that it is PEI #1 restaurant, after waiting in line for 30 minutes, we were overwhelmed with disappointment. I agree with another review that thus Neal reminded me of cafeteria food.
