The food was average and the locals seemed to like it here, but though the staff was friendly, they have been very unflexible. Nowhere is a sign that the kitchen closes +1 hour before the cafe does and its possible to still get a scrambled egg but not a cooked or poached one like advertised on the sign that brought... More

We came in at around 12:15pm and place was packed. We ordered drinks and mains. The wait staff came back to us to inform us that there maybe some delay in serving our mains. I asked if she could go back to the kitchen and ask how long would that delay be. She came back and said it is 20... More

Lovely coffee food and service. Highly recommend you visit this place down a side street in Newmarket. The staff are always very punctual and look after you well. Café is spotless and there are lots of magazines to read. Just wish they would have a bit more gluten free goodies.

Bambina is the place to go for a great and 'instagrammable' breakfast/brunch. The cafe is quite large with a lovely display of magazines and flowers and the menu has a lot of choice. I went for the standard poached eggs and avo which comes with a delicious beetroot hummus. The portion size is generous and the prices are around $20... More

The best thing about this cafe is that the coffee is consistently excellent and fast. In fact 'consistent and excellent' apply to all aspects; smiling efficient staff, quality and range of food offered, toilet facilities and clean modernist decor with ambience. That's why we regulars see other regulars who go there most days. Perfect for meetings, families, catch-up with your... More

Have been here twice now on seperate occasions visiting Auckland. Found them after scrolling Instagram and saw their beautiful brunches! Absolutely stunning breakfasts that taste superb. Great coffee - especially their mocha with melted chocolate in it. Think we have to keep coming back to try everything on their breakfast menu - yum!!!
