My mother-in-law has raved about this restaurant which she has gone to many times. I thought a hotel restaurant with great food - how could that be! She took us for dinner last night and she was right the service and food were both excellent. Our table greatly enjoyed a number of soups, Caesar salad, veal loin roast and rib eye steaks (done medium rare as ordered). In addition, there was room for a couple of desserts. All of the food was very good with excellent service. There is a wide menu running from burgers to lamb rack. Prices are a bit higher due to the restaurant being located in a hotel, but the quality is not diminished by the location. The room was busy, but not noisy. Give your car plate details to the restaurant receptionist for free parking. Only negative comment was that the room was a bit cool. Overall a great dinner.

We visited the 75 West Coast Grill for dinner and were pleasantly impressed with the great food and ambiance in this updated restaurant. Our server was Remi and he made us feel very comfortable, not ruched and with great service. We both had Halibut, mine as a halibut burger and my wife had the Halibut pasta, both were very tasty and ample portions.
For anyone travelling and staying in central Richmond, you can not go wrong with having a meal at 75 West Coast Grill. There is a coupon in the Entertainment Book that you can use for a buy one get one free offer.

This place is a find! I live in the area and went there not knowing what to expect in terms of dining options. Not only the food is exceptional (I had BC blacked salmon and pasta with spinach & stuff...yum) it is great value for money! Very reasonable. No hesitation in recommending this place. The dish was recommended by my server ( I ate in the lounge) and I had to get her name - Anjali. I ended up ordering dessert because I found the server so authentic and attentive. Her recommendation - flourless chocolate cake - awesome and coffee which was equally good. I shall be going there again with my friends as their happy hour menu looks good as well.

Came at around 11am on a Monday morning for lunch with my 3 other siblings and was seated promptly. Service was a tad on the slow side considering the restaurant wasn't overly busy. 2 of us ordered the M burger, then the avocado and shrimp croissant and the chicken sandwich. At first we were told they did not have any avocado but came back later to tell us they had got some in. Not a super big deal. The croissant was quite tasty as per my sibling as he devoured it. The chicken sandwich looked good as well but towards the end became overly greasy and started to fall apart. Biggest disappointment was the naan looked like the ones you would buy from the grocery store. I personally had the M burger and it was just average.
It came with 7oz AAA beef patty, cheddar, bacon, onions, lettuce, tomato and a side which i chose fries. Fries were crispy and and nicely fried, the burger was nothing special. Nothing to write home about especially with a $19 price tag. The patty had a nice char on it but lacked in flavor and was on the dry side. The tomato did add some moisture to it making it better.
Overall for a quick lunch its not a bad option if your staying at the hotel but would not be a top pick if i was in the area again.

Dear Guest,
Thank your for your feedback regarding your experience in 75 West Coast Grill. Please except our apology that you found our M Burger to be just average and that you found the Chicken Sandwich became greasy near the end of the meal. We are pleased however that your sibling enjoyed the Shrimp Croissant Sandwich.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback and we hope that you join us again in 75 West Coast Grill in the near future. If you have any questions please contact the hotel at any time and ask for the Manager on Duty.
Thank you,

I had the special at this restaurant last night. In retrospect, one shouldn’t be surprised that lobster for $28 resembled squeeze cheese tubes from the 80’s! Tasted good. Guessing it’s a sous vide prep. A little chewy (ok - super chewy) exterior. The asparagus/pea reduction was super flavorful. The fingerling potatoes made you close your eyes and smile.
Remi was fabulous. This server was attentive, charming and just the right amount of witty.
All in all a very good dinner!

Upon trying to enter the restaurant which took a bit to find from the outside, we entered through the Vancouver Airport Marriott Hotel which seemed through the back of the restaurant), we encountered a rude manager (Franck) who gave us attitude right from the beginning. He called to us abruptly from down the hall, "can I help you with something?" I replied we're looking for the entrance. He said, "what!?" I repeated myself and he just stood there looking at us. My sister spoke very clearly, "we are looking for the entrance." He said, "oh it's this way, I couldn't hear you with the masks."He didn't lead us to the sign-in area. We were considering leaving then due to his being short with us but we figured... since we were already there. We walked around the corner where Franck was going to check us in/lead us to a table. He asked us condescendingly, if we had a reservation, when we replied no, he looked annoyed then asked for a name & number. My sister replied very clearly with her first name which is a very obvious first name and could not be mistaken for a last name. He replied very curtly with attitude, "is that your first or last name?" He made us feel like we were an inconvenience to him. That was the last straw and both of us immediately left and walked out shocked by his behaviour and tone. What is more shocking as when we sent an email to the restaurant to notify them of this terrible behaviour so that other guests do not get treated this way, the response we got was from Franck himself who advised he needed further information and the response came from his personal email (not from the restaurant's email which I would imagine he did this so no one else at the restaurant would learn of our encounter with him). We decided to let the Manager of Marriott know (Yannick) however Yannick defended the actions of Franck and his response was Franck has never received complaints before therefore we were made out to of misunderstood Franck's rude behaviour. We were appalled at this response and just want customers to know that 75West Coast Grill is definitely ok with potential customers being treated as unwelcome guests. With the pandemic we thought we would support the restaurant business by dining there. This experience has turned us off from 75West Coast Grill and the Vancouver Airport Marriott Hotel in Richmond.
We ended up eating at Harold's Kitchen & Bar at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel in which our experience was the polar opposite from our experience at 75 West Coast Grill. Very friendly and professional manager and waiter. The cranberry french toast at Harold's is excellent!

We had breakfast here for a week, still everyday we get amazed by the taste and the quality of it. The eggs were very finely cook especially the eggs Benedict. The vegetarian omelette is also very tasty as it has it's special touch of goat cheese in it. Generally the portion are great, very generous. Apart from the good taste of food, the service was also pretty good. they do pay attention to detail and they always accommodate our special request. the restaurant itself is also pretty cozy and nice furnished. it's definitely worth going.

Wow wow WOW! I wasn’t even prepared for the amazing, incredible, flavour bursting food that was served to us by Anjali and the Manager Randy! We felt like VIPs and so well taken care of. HUGE compliments to the Chef(s) - that creates the perfect experience... we were truly mind blown by the food and flavours- and we eat around the world. Thanks for the unforgettable night :)

Pleasant afternoon Happy Hour with both the hockey game and the awards program on TV. 75 West Coast Grill has a great Sunday happy hour special for a couple or a group to share a bottle of wine at 50% off the regular price. They, also have their usual HH drink specials and some very delicious HH eats, as well as their usual menu. Service is very good to excellent from either Angelija or Lisa.

I had wine, steak, and coffee. The service was prompt, efficient and pleasant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is average. The wine was a very good BC Wine and the steak was served with garlic mashed potatoes and local vegetables.

I ended staying at the hotel and went downstairs to get some food. At first I was told by the hostess that the place was full and all seats were taken, so I waited in the room adjacent to the restaurant for 23 minutes. Then a server asked me if I wanted to place an order, so I replied and told him what I wanted to eat. Although I had to waited to be recognized, in a very short time my food and drink was being served and I was pleased. The server was Remi and he was attentive and showed concern if I needed anything else. In general the dining experience was above average thanks to the server Remi, otherwise the rating would have been below average.

I usually don't expect much from a middle-end hotel restaurant but the food was surprisingly good. We shared the happy-hour calamari along with the fried oysters and albacore tuna poke bowl. For desert we had the sticky toffee pudding.
Anjali was tending bar but gave us excellent table service.

I have been to this restaurant many times, and unfortunately this time will be my last. The most enjoyable part was the service—Lisa was outstanding as our server, and was the one redeeming quality of the evening. The food was awful—I was so disappointed. Caesar salad was way over dressed, the salt in the tartar sauce was overbearing, and the fish from the fish and chips was not fresh and was slightly mushy. My Mom’s mashed potatoes had so much white pepper in them, they were inedible, my Dad’s steak was clearly well-done, and not medium-well as he ordered. I have given this restaurant so many rave reviews in the past—something has changed in the kitchen and that’s a shame. Thank you Lisa for your great service.

We ate here for breakfast and then later in our stay had dessert to go. We had the vegetarian omelet and all Canadian breakfast. They seemed a little understaffed. One lady was a lot nicer than the other. There were no extras for customer service but it was efficient and the food was good. For dessert we had the cheesecake and chocolate decadence cake. There was a bug in the fruit in our dessert but the server was apologetic and let the kitchen staff know.

Efficient and very friendly service. I was told I could sit in any open seat for breakfast. I had a wonderful omelet they made quickly. There is also a hot buffet with eggs, bacon (American style), sausages, cereals, fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt, and individual bottles of chocolate milk (which I rarely see in restaurants). Hours for breakfast are 6:30-11:00am. My meal cost $35 Can, excluding tip.
