This is my first time to try the dinner although I have passed by many times. The restaurant is not at popular location. If you are not living or working in that area, you don't know there is a restaurant. Not many people and we could sit down immediately. The dishes are fine and the staffs are nice. However, the price is a bit expensive when compared with other restaurants. They also provide private functions that they can tailor made the dishes for you.

General Tao was very tasty and better than average but there was way too many onions as filler. I expected the spring rolls to be big at 2 for 6$ and got 4. They were tiny and only contained cabbage. I may return just for the general tao as it was decent.

I was a guest with a group of family members having an early dinner in this restaurant the other night. On arrival, I was a little surprised that it was located in an industrial looking area, not somewhere one would normally expect to find a restaurant. I was even more surprised to see a few groups already seated and started their meals. When the dishes arrived, I began to understand why. The first course was lemon duck. Instead of the usual thick lemony sauce, it was instead covered with a thin darker looking sauce. The meat was lean and tender, but the sauce had a very complex flavour to it. On speaking to the owner Mr. Cheung, he explained that his wife developed her own recipe for this sauce, incorporating no less than 7 or 8 ingredients. After finishing the meat, Mr Cheung specially cooked some of their famous vermicelli for us to mop up the sauce. That proved to be underwhelming in looks, but superb for the taste buds. It reminded me of the pleasure in tasting a good wine, when all the tastebuds went into overdrive. The duck was followed by a Cantonese style deep fried fish tail. It was a huge serving, enough for at least 8 hungry people. Apparently Mr Cheung went to the seafood supplier and picked the fish himself, so the quality of the fish was of the highest standards. The feast of duck and fish was supplemented by just one plate of wok-cooked sticky rice. It was very nice of Mr Cheung to warn us not to order too much at the beginning, as we all came out with very full stomachs on just three dishes. Highly recommended for those looking for something that will satisfy a complicated palate.
