We went here for breakfast, and boy was that a good choice! We've had our fair share of dim sum restaurants, and this has to be ranked in the top ten. I would highly recommend the Har Gow and the Black Chicken(?) Congee! They are...seriously delicious - but all the dishes we ordered were actually pretty decent(I'm a picky eater, so this is the highest achievement I've ever given). 乙龙天 offers great dimsum for lunch and Cantonese styled dishes for dinner! Dimsum: stands out from the competitive dimsum industry by doing JUMBO sized servings! I recommend getting lesser servings and sharing to start off, and ordering extra for the dishes you love. They do...the standards very well, my personal favourite is the Snow White Bolo Pau with Charsiew - subtly sweet and fragrant milkiness from the pau, very complementary! Everything else is (big and) generally good to excellent standard. Dinner: good for seafood and a variety of rices and noodles, but I enjoyed the dimsum more. Everything ranges from decent to good. Nothing particularly great to recommend here though. Another cute thing they had going on was the $4.99 charsiew dish. Every table was raving about it because of how worthwhile it is! It’s a huge dish of charsiew and rice, priced at a steal. The charsiew is HK style but not fatty, instead is sweet-caramely and firm with quite a strong spring in the bite. A fun dish!More

We enjoyed dim sum here. There were things that we were pleasantly surprised about like the Har Gow (shrimp dumplings) $6.79 that were way bigger than expected and even came with a bonus whole shrimp. We got the 2-tiered dim sum platter $18.80 which was...a nice way to sample lots of varieties of (mostly) sweets. I would get that again. We were happy with the food. The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because it's on the expensive side.More

Friendly service at Skyview Fusion Cuisine. No pressure to leave, reasonably priced with a wide variety of foods available. The Pork Bao was a favourite. They check your QR CODE for you vaccine status, but I'm not sure they are are really looking at it....Our food was fresh, drinks were brought frequently. The hot sauce was brought out a plenty. A very enjoyable Dim-Sum experience.More

Saw a lot of reviews that this place offers good dim sum but super busy. We didn't make any reservation but we didn't have to wait for too long, probably because we were there pretty early in the morning. Dim sum was great. There were...some rare-find traditional dim sum like Steamed beef tendon fried bran puff with Chu-Hou Sauce, Steamed fish head with Chinese herb with coriander. We did not experience any bad service, though not super great, so I would say service was okay.More

A very nice looking place with some okay food and some bad food. We ordered pork and pineapple sauce. The pork was all fat and grizzle, showed it to the host and was told if we want to have something we can chew we should...have ordered chicken. We ordered Chicken and rice and there was no rice.More

I bought takeout roastpork and it's leftover, not fresh. It's a reheat of meat not baked same day, the colour of the roastpork and texture of skin and meat is totally different from freshly baked roast pork. $45 for a small portion of roast pork...is acceptable price, but should not be selling leftover to customers, it's not only the taste, it's also the health concern.More

Disappointed with our recent visit. We loved this place 3 previous visits prior to Covid so we were happy to return on Stage 1 Re-opening outdoor patios. They did a nice job separating tables with wood arbour framing & plastic between the wood on the...sides adjacent to other tables. We ordered a special menu ($128. + tax + drinks enough for 4 people). Peking Duck was a favourite of ours in the past but this time the skin was NOT CRISPY & it didn’t come with the remainder of the duck in Rainbow Chopped with Crystal Fold (leftover duck meat chopped for lettuce wraps). The lobster stirfry -tho’ tasty- was supposed to be a stirfry but had hardly any veggies. The grouper with snowpeas was fresh & veggies crispy but needed more flavour. The braised shortribs were excellent. Not worth the money this time. Not worth the drive all the way from Oakville-this time. Perhaps it’s because they announced Covid re-opening only a week ago that they weren’t totally geared up. I hope things improve as they get organized again!More

Ordered by phone the same item - BBQ Duck and Pork with plain rice (request it to be separated/packaged in two orders). The first portion was ready when I arrived. The second portion (i.e. half of the other duck) was not ready for another 15...minutes. When questioned as to the delay, I was told 1. be patient its coming, 2. Step aside you will be called for. 3. Orders are coming out (without taking the time to understand what the order was). Total time for this order 45 minutes. Very rude staff. I understand that its a difficult time, but this attitude was totally uncalled for. Will not be visiting again.More

On New Year Eve, they took numerous advance phone orders plus same day walked in orders. It turned out tragedy to many family orders, people waiting outdoor (0 C°) over 90 minutes still no hope to get the take out at 7:30pm. The waitress just...ignored all customers, refused to look for any order but keep telling people that they would call when your order was ready. We left after waiting almost 2 hours and they never call. We will not return to this bad restaurant and will tell everyone to avoid it. No star should be given.
