Person on microphone cut me off several times while I was trying to order. Then had my total already before I was done ordering. Then when we pulled up to the first window we are informed they do not have the chicken my wife ordered....The only reason we stopped was because she can eat that wrap. No she does not want a substitute. Then for my chicken sandwiches we had a seventeen minute wait. There is no sitdown service inside so what was the delay? Exceptionally poor service right from the start.More

Picked up coffee and egg McMuffins at the drive thru. Very prompt service. Coffee was good but extra hot......couldn’t drink it for about 5 minutes. Egg McMuffin was tasty!

My wife got a hamburger and fries. I ordered a coffee and vanilla cone. Fast service and no worries.

Road trip pitstop for coffee. Came out quickly and no complaints. Drivethrough was less then 2 minutes

I attempted to purchase a meal at the Osoyoos McDonald's at 3:15 p.m. September 1st. The staff Never acknowledged I was there in line at the counter or offered to take my order. Left hungry after twenty minutes of being ignored. Will not be back!

We just dropped in quickly used the restroom and wifi and ordered lunch it was fine. Nothing special .

The service was very friendly and quick. Coffee is always good. Muffin was just okay. Clean. Easy to access.

Ordered and my meal was out within minutes. Good tasting and presented nicely. Even for a fast food place. The only issue was the tables and seating were filthy. Went to 2 tables and both the same.

This might be the worst run McDonald's that I have seen in all of my almost 60 years. My Wife and I stopped in here to grab lunch, use the restroom and a quick break after just getting into town after 6 hours on the...road. First, the restrooms were filthy and in totally unacceptable condition. Next, after ordering our food we figured out why there were so many people waiting for their orders. The staff here is terrible. No organization whatsoever. Totally confused to say the least. This includes the lady that was running the place. As orders were being called out they were discovering things like the fries were not put down and the drinks were't made yet. So the manager shows up from the back and instead of taking charge and organizing things on the floor she jumps in and starts making the drinks. This was a poor decision on her part. As we waited the front area was out of napkins and straws adding to the chaos. So each order given out had to fight their was back to the counter and get napkins and straws. Finally, I told the girl at the register to hand me straws and napkins and I put them out for people to access. It took us 25 minutes to get our order of 2 burgers, fries and drinks. I think I would avoid this place if at all possible when in Osoyoos again.More

One thing that has stood out over the last few years is how well this location is managed. Everyone working always seems happy, the manager and supervisors are very patient with staff and customers. This place gets hit hard in the summer and everyone seems...so calm. Great job !!More

Fantastic at dropping the balland consistently missing the mark. It's the busy season but it comes every year so you'd think they would get the memmo

Stopped here for a quick burger combo meal, waited for 8 mins. before we got our order. Seems like the drive thru gets priority! Non of the staff could figure out that we were waiting, yet we were standing right & waiting at the service...counter. Not even an sorry for the wait! Burger was cold & fries okay, also it was a little scary as some of the patrons were a like "high" on something!!More
