Great atmosphere, food was good but portion size of the lobster ravioli was appetizer at best and the fact they charge $32 for 6 ravioli that lacked lobster is ridiculous.

Dear Guest I'm sorry to hear you did not see the value for the ravioli dish at the restaurant. We are constantly reviewing our menu pricing and options and will review the dish as we do regular menu updates. Kind regards, David
Was not impressed the previous visit to this restaurant but gave it another try. Was not impressed with the menu but we are already here so what the heck. Got a menu immediately and that was it. Restaurant almost half full but no service for...15 minutes. We left before a waiter even saw us. Last time for us.More
Dear Guest I'm sorry to hear about your experience in the restaurant. Would you be willing to reach out to one of our leaders to give us a bit more details on your experience? I am sorry for the slow service upon your arrival. Kind...More
We were just returning from Washington state, and wanted to stop somewhere for lunch. I found 15Park on OpenTable, and the menu looked good so I made a reservation. We arrived earlier than expected. The hostess must have been new, because she didn’t seem to...know what to do with early guests and so she got help from a more senior staff member. We were seated a few minutes after. After being seated, it probably took at least 10 minutes for a server to come by to take our order. We tried the following: - 15Park Fries: OK. A very generous size but the fries weren’t particularly crispy. They tasted like they’ve been sitting around for awhile. Aioli was good. - Fresh Baked Herb Foccacia: Not good. Tasted like bread I could get from a supermarket. - Popcorn Trio: Poor. Tasted like semi stale popcorn with toppings thrown on top. Not even properly tossed. - Cheese & Charcuterie: Not good. Normally, three cheeses and three meats are provided, but only two of each were provided. They tasted Ok, but not exactly sure what they were because no one took the time to describe what they were. I admit that I did like the artichokes and mushrooms. - Tuna Tataki: Very good. Easily the best dish of the day. Tataki was good. Crispy rice balls are a nice addition. Service was disappointing. I think it was a mix of too few servers (I think I only saw 2) and very inexperienced assistants. I think the place had potential. It’s was a beautiful afternoon overlooking the lake. The menu looked good, but the quality and execution was lacking. The service was just too inexperienced, as you could feel it in the lack of pace, efficiency and attention.More
Dear Guest I'm sorry you did not enjoy your dining experience at the resort. I will be sharing your feedback with our Food and Beverage team for review. We will work to do better. Kind regards, David
Tim was our waiter, we sat in the bar and had a wonderful experience. The halibut was terrific. Try the cheesecake for dessert not too sweet you will not feel guilty.
Dear Guest Thank you for the review and for the kind words about Tim. We have shared your feedback with Tim already and his leaders. Thank you for the comments about the food as well. Kind regards, David
Every year I take my Mom and some friends and we go for brunch for Mother's day. I made reservations a couple of weeks in advance online and also called a few days prior to confirm that we were able to get a seat outside....Our reso's were for noon. We were given a lunch menu when we were seated. I asked the waitress about the brunch menu and she informed me that brunch ended at 11:30am. The reason we went was for brunch. Who cancels Mother's Day brunch? They sent the chef out to speak to us and he apologized. Well, thank you for apologizing but how about making an exception and cooking us something off the brunch menu. It wasn't even an option. He could have offered us maybe 2 menu options from the breakfast menu, at the very least, in my opinion. So, here is 6 Mother's feeling crappy because when you have your heart set on eggs benny and you're staring down at a lunch menu, nothing at all seems appetizing. No where on their website does it state no brunch on Mother's day and also when I called it, how hard would it have been for the lady on the other end of the phone, to inform me that breakfast ends at 11:30 that day. We called Smitty's and they accommodated us, no problem at all. In fact, we were offered breakfast or lunch! Unfortunately, 15 Park Bistro lost 6 local ladies that loved going there and also took other people with them, because none of us will return.More
Good Afternoon I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment on Mother's Day. Our website advertises hours for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on a daily basis and we did not advertise a special Mother's day offering outside of our regular posted hours that would match what...More
This was a fantastic place to dine while staying at the resort, and also a terrific destination spot for locals or those staying elsewhere! Trendy, bright, spacious, excellent food and service. We had dinner, lunch and brunch on three different occasions and sat at the...bar for coffee and Prosecco on another! 5 stars for winter dining, I can't imagine how amazing it would be with the patio open and lake views in the summer! We will be back. Don't leave the resort without trying out 15 Park Bistro with Tim taking care of you, if you are lucky! Kudos to the renowned chef and the fab kitchen staff!More
Dear Guest Thank you for the review and for the kind words about Tim. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Kind regards, David
I don't know why this restaurant is down at number 9, it should be in the top 3 and this is why: We were a group of 6 girls on a wine trip that was well overdue, and we were looking for a special dinner...during our stay with wine pairings as we were celebrating 3 girls turning 40. 15 Park did not have a special menu that weekend however my sister contacted them and spoke to the manager who was more than happy to accommodate our request to do a wine pairing/meal share evening. We were absolutely blown away by the service, the food, the cocktails and the attention to detail for our table. One of our girls has a lot of restrictions and they accommodated her dietary needs no problem. We had an absolute blast on the patio, our server Tim was funny and told us silly dad jokes and we loved it. He was on it all night. The chef even came out to our table to talk about the desserts and did a special chocolate pour over our white chocolate soup. And the price for all of us to have cocktails ( a lot), full glass wine pairings and great portions for the tasting meals and dessert was unreal! There was 6 of us and the entire bill was somewhere in the $750 range (not including tax and tip). We were considering a super fancy dinner at Phantom Creek prior to booking at Park, which was going to cost us $350 per person without wine pairings (wine pairings was an extra $50-$100!) and they had froufie menu items like caviar and fois gras that we were just not into. It would have been a $1500+ dinner and likely would not have the attention and special touch that 15 Park staff gave us. We felt like royalty and absolutely loved the whole experience. They made it super special for our group and a very memorable night. It was casual and fun and not pretentious, which I think Phantom might have felt. We went there the next day for drinks and the main chef came out to talk to us too to see if we enjoyed our time last night. It was just so nice. Great group of people, great staff, they take care of you and make your evening awesome. We did get a stare from a woman sitting in with her hubby and two friends in front of us but clearly because they weren't having as much fun as our table ;) Highly recommend this restaurant for special evenings. We will be back on our next girls trip for sure.More
My wife and I stayed at the Watermark and based on 15 Park Bistro reviews, we decided to try it. Everything we ordered was amazing! Far beyond expectations. We had the mushroom bruschetta starter, which was incredible. A must have. My wife had the roasted...tomato soup and garden salad and loved them both. I had the pork chop with peppercorn sauce, and crispy baked potato with roasted vegetables. The depth of flavours in each component of my meal was outstanding. One of the best meals I’ve had. We finished with the White Chocolate soup for dessert and it was the perfect end to the perfect meal. Service and ambiance were as impressive as our food. Lisa and Jordon (Jonathan?) were wonderful. Normally, we don’t write reviews, but had to tonight. Can’t wait to go back!!!More
Excellent service, menu, food, and drink. This bistro offers a terrific dining experience and is eager to accommodate food allergies.
What a great place to dine! We had the most amazing evening here with our family. Starting with our server, Asia….she was professional, polite and funny, not to mention, super accommodating. The food was excellent. The chef, Nick, came out to greet us and speak...a little bit about his background and his views on how the menu has changed since 2020 when he started as the executive chef. He is a talented human! The food is absolutely awesome. Then there’s their in-house sommelier, Ron, who is a blessing to food and wine! His pairings were off the charts, nothing like we have ever experienced before. And it didn’t break the bank! It turns out you don’t have to spend $100 per bottle to have excellent wine that goes amazingly with each dish! We came back to this restaurant after having been somewhat disappointed in 2019, but what an amazing difference it is today! We will most certainly be back! Thank you for an amazing experience!More
Our family of 4 adults had dinner at 15 Park Place (June 18, 2022). We sat out under the marquee. The food choices were great, the food was delicious. The only glitch was my son's steak came 10-15 minutes ahead of all other mains...There seemed...to be a difficulty of communication between the central kitchen and the remote grill, with headsets between the two. Our server Rianna worked very hard to pull things back together- she really went the extra mile. But when timing is off, it somehow takes away from the event. As I said the food was delicious. Just frustrating for guests, servers and grill cooks. A big thank you to Rianna for pulling it together.More
Amazing experience and food. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meal and were comfortable throughout the night. We will absolutely be back!
Very nice restaurant and very busy, too late for a table but gladly made take out for us. Ready quickly and hot when we picked it up. Had lobster Mac and cheese. Very little tiny bits of lobster, only one desert choice, Staff forgot my...salad but quickly made it right and delivered it. Overall good experienceMore
We were a group of five having dinner at 15 Park Bistro. The space was lovely, the service personable and efficient and the menu varied and interesting. We had three dishes that were served with hard, unripe avocado and two bowls (vegan and chicken) that...were very underwhelming. Dry and tasteless with dense falafel. When we asked for extra dressing we were charged for it. We encountered a very condescending sommelier who, without knowing anything about us and our background, declared that “no offence ladies, but your wine knowledge is very limited and you wouldn’t know the difference between a $20, $40 and $60 bottle of wine.” Thankfully we were able to laugh it off but some of us, who do know the difference, were definitely offended.More
A part of the beautiful Watermark Beach Resort, this upscale casual fine dining restaurant was superb! Located right off the main reception area, you can dine either inside or on their outdoor covered patio. With their very experienced Executive Chef, you can expect beautifully presented...meals. He selects fresh local ingredients whenever possible, for his dishes. The menu is extensive, along with their own in-house sommelier, who professionally pairs each dish with exceptional locally produced wines. From fresh salads, wraps, bistro bowls, off the grill selections to fish entrees, the menu is enticing and extensive. A superb restaurant and bar for that special night out!
