Nice place, poor location to get out of driving. Always pretty clean, but bit slow. Freindly staff👍🏻

The service was very nice and quick. And everything was perfect. The food was great and perfect made 👍🏻

Cashier was by herself and still managed busy dr thru and inside customers. She brought out the food to our table and was happy doing it.

Food was hot and fresh, service was very good, dining room going through reno, but looked good nice place to visit.

My wife and I had a drive through,fries were all shriveled and burnt,we had the bottom of their pile they had used all day,the roll for the burger was dry the burger was like rubber.I can honestly say this is the worst fast food we...have ever had.We threw the lot into the garbage,all $21,00 of their overpriced excuse for food.More

Excellent coffee. Portion of restaurant closed, but the service was extremely friendly. Despite all the pressures that we are presently encountering, the service was fast and courteous.

This is a very sparklingly clean A&W. The staff are very friendly, the food is cooked to order and the fries are always fresh out of the fryer! I've been here 4 separate times and they're always hot and crispy!

Was pleasantly surprised that you can now get a burger ";lettuce-wrapped ", at this A & W location. A pleasant surprise as we are trying to stick close to a Keto regime and were going to order burgers without the bun and served on a...plate, No need as server suggested we go for the lettuce-wrapped option. Suited all 4 of us perfectly and we enjoyed the burgers. No flavor lost with this option and next time we are traveling through Osoyoos, we will stop again at this A&W location, Now I will check to see if this option available in Cranbrook and CalgaryMore

The teen burger is what we always order, and it seems to taste just a little better than other A&W's. I don't mind waiting if it's been freshly made. Staff are friendly too.

I've been to the A&W in Osoyoos on occasion. Each time, the food and service gets worse. Today, I gave it another try and an as-expected, another fail. - asked for the food to go, it sat in a tray until I asked for my...order. By the time I got back to my room, it was stone cold. - a gross piece of cheese slapped on the teen burger - indicating the food was cold when it hit the tray - buddy packed it up without napkins - staff was obviously too busy chatting to each other, laughing and giggling instead of paying attention to their responsibilities - THE COOK WAS TOUCHING HIS NOSE WHEN I LEFT!!! i AM NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. A&W corporate should look into this franchise as this isn't the first time it's received a poor rating.More

Often eat at A&W in Oliver and will.now stay away from Osoyoos location. As someone else said order came out way too fast and was cold. Chubby chicken burger was, well, look at the photo. Chunks of white hard lettuce (maybe that's the chunky part?...) and a slab of cold chicken. Sure looks a lot different in the menu pictures. Busy maybe but not good at all. I will be spreading the bad news about the Osoyoos A&W .More

Well... I suppose the service is good. WHEN YOUR NOT FROM QUEBEC. We are kinda use to it, after years of coming here, but from such an establishment, we expect more. Poor attitude from de manager. How very desapointing.
