Delicious local ice cream with a variety of flavors and creamy textures. A true delightful dessert treat. Loved the “Scoopin’ Moose” flavor: vanilla ice cream with marble swirl, caramel, mini pb cups and brownie bits. Delicious. Also they offered a split single dip (2 flavors for the price of a single scoop). Unique.

This is the place for ice cream. Lots of selection and friendly staff. I would come here again.
Who doesn't enjoy ice cream? I took off a star because one night we were here they only had bout six to eight flavors available.

As you stroll along the streets in Canmore, this is the place for a cool treat! Not everyone’s favourite, but they have black licorice on the menu. Very thrilled about that. Many other common and different flavours to choose from. Delicious!

The moose droppings sundae was so good! A huge tub of soft serve ice cream with chocolate fudge sauce and loads of brownie pieces... what's not to like eh?!

The scoop in moose ice cream was fantastic- packed full of fudgy bits and peanut butter cups it sure was a hit with the cherry ice cream that my husband and I shared!!

Great selection of flavours. We got a double scoop in a cone each (didn’t realise what a mountain of ice cream that would be but it was delicious). Would definitely recommend!

We popped in after dinner. There was only one employee but he was exceptionally efficient—the line dissipated quickly. I had not had maple walnut ice cream in decades and it did not disappoint. Stop here for ice cream.

Disappointed , was told they had no soft ice cream so no sundae. The cones were small , disappointed… we were looking forward to visiting this place and were left very disappointed

Love this place! It’s so hard to find nut free ice cream, however Scoopin’ Moose has a couple options! Their sorbet is nut free and SOO delicious (peach and apricot)! The staff were great about hand hygiene to ensure safe handling of the sorbet as well! I went here twice in my two day stay!

If you’re looking for a fun treat to walk down the Main Street I would definitely recommend the scoopin moose. They handled all covid protocols well had lots of flavours to choose from

The Scoopin Moose is the place for ice cream in Canmore. We were there a couple of times and the variety of ice cream changed. Lots of good flavor choices. They make a handmade waffle cone right in the store and they are fresh and crunchy. One was too crunchy and "exploded" into pieces with a flying scoop of ice cream. Everyone loved their choices.

Stopped for an Ice-cream and was well impressed with the selections available.
The ice-cream was delicious and the staff very friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommend a stop at Th Scooping Moose.
