This restaurant has absolutely atrocious customer service. The wait times are ridiculous and our orders took an extremely long time based on that we ordered poutine. Our orders came out at different times and we did not get all of our drink orders. Our server...was very dismissive and scattered brained for a lack of a better description. We requested our bills and this even took forever, and then they were incorrect.More

We had read the good reviews so were expecting something better. Mediocre at best. I ordered the massaman curry, which I was told they weren't serving exactly as it was written on the menu but it would be something similar. Well, the beef was terrible....There were not many cubes of beef & they were as tough as leather. The sauce was tasty and the vegetables cooked well. However, it was overpriced for what was essentially a plate of rice. My husband's meal was ok, nothing special. The $33 dollar bottle of $10 wine was not good either. The one lady working the bar & waitressing was friendly & provided good service.More

Really enjoyed a casual lunch of appetizers and drinks. My husband and I spotted this cute and quaint restaurant on Main Street Canmore. It’s nice here because car traffic is not allowed so it’s foot traffic only. We were happy with friendly staff and good...food.More

The reason for the average rating is because of the service. At 6.00 pm (midweek) the restaurant was already full so the ONE poor waitress was attending all tables, including at least two large groups, and so we had to wait almost 30 mins before...she was even able to take our drinks order. Fair play, she did warn us that things would be slow as she had just seated one of the large groups, and she did her best. On top of this, several people came in to pick-up take-out orders which she had to take time to deal with. I suggested that she needed to talk to the manager about proper staffing - she replied that she already had but the manager was adamant that an additional server was not necessary. This is a really poor way to treat the staff, as well as the customers, and because of this we won't be back until something changes. On the plus side, the food was good, and good value.More

My family and I stopped here for lunch after a day in Canmore. The server was friendly and fast. There aren’t many tables inside, and if it’s cold out, you want to be seated away from the door. Together, we had the fish and chips,...macaroni and cheese (kids), and pork tacos. Everything was average except the $13 kids mac and cheese, which was so bland my daughter didn’t eat it. The prices are quite high for what you get. Fine experience, but won’t be back.More

Insulting portion size. The massman curry was insultingly small for the nearly 20 dollars I paid. It’s a shame because the service was nice and the atmosphere decent.

I recently stopped in after my first choice restaurant had a several hour wait. Graze was close by, had no wait, and the menu online looked amazing. The service was excellent, very fast, even large groups that came in after me got served quickly. I...tried the Elk burger and it was so good! 10/10 would recommend. The food, the service and the atmosphere will definitely have me coming back again in the future.More

We went for some appetizer and had the sweet potatoes fries and they were good. The waitress was quite short with us. She had trouble remembering our order (we were the only ones in the restaurant) she also did not know how to split the...bill and did not ask. This could be from lack of training, however she was also dressed very unprofessionally and appeared to be rushing us out of the restaurant. Overall we really felt uncomfortable because fo this waitress which made the experience poor.More

We came here for dinner on a Friday night and we were seated right away. Food was excellent and our waitress was extremely attentive and helpful. My husband had the poutine and I had the calamari. Both were delicious! We also shared the yam and...avocado salad, which was top-notch. The restaurant itself is pretty small and cozy but the ambience was warm and friendly.More

After an early start from Calgary, Canmore is a good breakfast stop. Too early and the choices are a bit limited but the Graze is open early and has a good selection. We had the buttermilk pancakes and the Egg Classic. (more food than my...wife could eat.) The food was very good, the service was too. Prices were reasonable.More

Food was very slow, and mediocre once it did arrive. We came for breakfast and arrived shortly after opening at 9am. We ordered eggs pancakes and bacon, nothing complicated. The food did not arrive until 9:55am. We were with small children and the long wait...was very challenging. We will not be coming back.More

We arrived at the restaurant at noon for lunch and were told we could sit and order a drink but would be 20 minutes for them to switch over from breakfast to lunch menu service. We ordered something to drink and waited 20 minutes until...she delivered menus. It was another 20 minutes before she came back to take our order and more than 30 minutes after that for the meal to arrive. The manager (not the waitress) brought the food, apologized and offered me a free ginger ale (Wow!) Besides a cursory "How's everything tasting" from the waitress she never interacted with us, didn't ask if we wanted anything else and didn't notice, let alone offer to refill our water. Then it took 10 or 15 minutes to bring the bill. Food was OK at best. Brisket lacked seasoning, the berry compote and dressing were almost non-existent on the main course salad with brisket. The goat cheese added some taste to the otherwise bland elk burger which came with very little apple and the side salad was all lettuce, except some small sprouts, 1 cherry tomato cut in half and very little dressing. The location is great and it was a beautiful day on their patio but the service and meal were a disappointment.More

Big demand for a table but after a short wait, we were able to get a table outside and a slight wait to order food as they were really busy! Breakfast portions were huge, with pancakes, eggs and poultine all as options for us to...order. No "fancy coffees", just regular coffee and tea and juices but left absolutely stuffed and contented!!!More

Went for late afternoon lunch with family. Would not recommend. Pros: Dog friendly patio, downtown, friendly server. Cons: They serve warm beer, very small portions (tacos are about $20, tiny and do not come with a side) Elk burger looked like frozen store bought patty...with minimal toppings. Service was very slow, received meal before cutlery, Waitress was very nice but assuming she's just overwhelmed due to poor management/lack of staff. There are so many fantastic restaurants in Canmore and this one doesn't come close.More
