This restaurant is very nice, we made a reservation via internet and we did not have to wait for the table. We selected the table d’hôte and the price was quite good for what we eaten. Appetizer (sea food on rice crackers,) main course (sushi...and maki and sashimi) dessert was ice cream or white chocolate mouse. We will go back again.More

After a 2 and a half hour wait....for the price, the quality just isn't worth it, my usual little sushi spot wins without even trying, do yourself a favor save your money try another place!!

I met up with a friend and decided to go to this restaurant. It was quiet as we were early and it was on a Monday. But when we left the restaurant around 19;45 people were still coming in. The service was professional and courteous....The sushi was great and they had a special on oysters and they were fabulously served with a mignonette to die for. We enjoyed our early evening and we will return.More

We have been there a couple of times and the food is always great, especially their sushi’s foie gras (a must to try). However, pretty disappointing service... too long to receive our main dish (over an hour). Must improve!

Good food and enjoyable atmosphere. Subtle and relaxing atmosphere for dinning pleasure. Sushi was very fresh and hand crafted. Menu is very easy and hassle free to pick your meal.

Here for lunch. Went for the shrimp tempura appetizer, which came as a fair size serving with shrimps and veggies in a somewhat oilier than usual panko batter. Then had the Saizen combo plate of nigiri, sashimi and maki, a nice, fresh assortment. I also...noticed on the menu that a number of items had kimchi in them, but that kimchi by itself was not offered. As I love kimchi, I asked if a side dish of kimchi could be had, and sure enough I was served a small bowl of it. Much appreciated! We relied on our server for suggestions of sushis and we were not disappointed! The food was excellent and the overall experience perfect. We sat on the terrace and really enjoyed the view, food and wine. Will definitely go back!

The table d'hote was nice and do not take appetisers as the portion is enough for a lunch.the service was a bit on the slow side even though the tables were empty

I had a nice meal at Niji sushi on my own this weekend. The food options were good, and I chose the table d’hôte which was nice value. Service was very polite and attentive at first, but took way too long towards the end. As...a person there alone when you’ve been sitting there waiting for 25 minutes for dessert and then 20 minutes for the bill it’s sours the experience which is unfortunate because overall this is a really nice place and the service was super quick at the beginning. And one silly thing, chairs are beautiful but not comfortable at all which makes the wait even longer. The sushi is very fresh, the fish is definitely of superior quality, just melts. I would return just for the quality of the food, and hopefully will get more adapted service.More

First time here, it was recommended by my hotel. I was impressed. First I ordered the seaweed salad and when it arrived it was much different than I am used to, actually a bit apprehensive to try it, but it was so good!!! Next I...ordered smoked salmon & octopus sashimi, again beautifully presented and great taste. Finally I ordered the Koni Kong?? Speciality roll. It was unlike anything I have ever tasted, not even sure how to describe it, but had a house special sauce. I recommend all I had and I look forward to going back.More

I ordered tuna and salmon sashimi and asked about the most popular maki dishes. The recommendation was the kamikaze and 2 specialties at $16 each. I ordered all three. The tuna sashimi was ok, but nothing special. Same goes for the salmon sashimi. Both were...a bit meaty in texture; not soft like at other sushi restaurants. You had to bite in and chew. Their specialty rolls were also just ok, not better. I would go there again on a Monday night when other sushi restaurants are closed, but when Uni Sushi is open, there’s no competition! Uni sushi is much, much better!More
