Expensive bowl of ramen, not enough noodles but good portion of meat and nice half cooked egg. The broth was very salty and I didn’t find their spiciest ramen spicy, just a little heat but I would’ve liked a lot more spicy. Service was excellent.
I’ve had some very good ramen in bigger portions in Japan at about half price.

I may have had higher expectation and was disappointed.
The broth was overly salty... one of the most salted ramen I ever had. Noodle was good though.
As others have mentioned, I found it very expensive.

Arrive early to get seating. You may have to share your table if it is seating for 4.
I loved the the chicken karrage ,tender, moist and flavorful. The age tofu is not spicy, lightly fried soft tofu delicious . The tako yaki was like an asian arancini. It was not one of our faves. The spicy red miso ramen is perfectly spiced ,very filling. We tried the vegetarian ramen lots of mushrooms and sesame oil.
Service efficent and they work as a team.

After knowing about the Toronto place, I came to try the Quebec one. They are on point. Same great service and flavours. Try the Miso.. It's my favorite and the takoyaki

I am not a big fan of Ramen, never liked it, never enjoy it... Until I came to ISSHIN Dix30.
It's so much tastier than others. I had the Black Tan Tan noodle. The broth is super flavourful, the cha siu simply melt in your mouth.
I also had the chicken karaage, I think it's by far the best I ever had. It's crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. MUST TRY!
You must be asking why only two stars if it's so good... Well as you can read from other yelpers, there's a long wait for ramen... The appetizers came, I finished it and still waited for another 20 minutes. Yes it does taste good, but does it worth the wait? You decide.
Other Yelpers also mentioned they are pricey and it is do in fact more expensive than other ramen places.
Last but not least, their service... Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. Not sure if they are too busy or they simply just wanted to ignore me... To a point I had walked over to the counter to have them refill my cup of tea and the manager gave me altitude on top of that.
So it does taste good, really better than other big chain out there but they got works to do in my opinion.

A welcome addition to the too short list of ramen restaurants in the south-shore. This one is crowded and offers good ramen menu ( if a bit on the expensive side). We liked the spicy miso ramen and the vegetarian ramen.
The ambiance is as good as it can be on this ugly Dix-30 neighborhood, with the crew shouting welcome and thank you at each customer. The desserts were excellent, specially the black sesame icecream.

I normally don't give bad reviews but this one deserves one. A lot can be said by how a commerce or business treats its potential clients. Well I wouldn't know with this one as I waited standing at the door for 5 minutes to get served. All 3 people made eye contact with me but none of them bothered to come to ask me how many I was with. Granted the place was sort of packed but, you never ever ignore a potential client. I just went over next door and had sushi instead.

Far from good Ramen and on top of that more expensive then other ramen in downtown montreal. Bowls are small, the broth doesn't have thickness, just a liquidy soup.

Word of mouth finally had its effect and I decided to go to this place where they say it has the best ramen. To my surprise, it wasn't an exaggeration. In the genre, it’s definitely a league of its own. Everything I tasted was delicious. It's worth the trip.
