We were able to pick up food for my wife's birthday. When they heard the meal was for a special occasion they threw in a free bottle of wine. The Butter Chicken was excellent as was the Chicken Korma. We also ordered their Samosas which...we enjoyed. The portions were very satisfying and the service (though brief due to the limited interaction required by the lockdown) was friendly and welcoming. We will be back and I highly recommend eating here for dinner.More

We went out with friends for dinner, and ordered a variety of dishes so that we could share everything. What an array of authentic flavours, beautifully served! I am quite familiar with South Indian / Sri Lankan cuisine, and these dishes were both authentic, and...very good indeed. The surprise of the evening was that the dishes all had such distinctive flavours. It wasn’t all curry powder and turmeric: the spicing was deftly executed, and being out of practice in “hot-spice events”, we appreciated the cook’s taking our request for mild heat seriously. Despite the mildness, the dishes were still very tasty and most enjoyable. Service was friendly, casual, efficient and also thoughtful. The bill was about what I was expecting, and I thought that it was good value. Who would have expected that such exotic treats could be hiding on a side street in small-town Eastern Ontario! Besides the South Indian / Sri Lankan choices on the menu, the management has wisely included a well-chosen variety of western and Italian dishes on the menu as well. We did not try any of those, but I’d assume that the same quality that we enjoyed in our South Indian / Sri Lankan cuisine would prevail on the rest of the menu. The mystery of the evening? The name. I have no idea why the name doesn’t offer any hint of what might await you behind that modest exterior. Or am I missing something?More

we ordered 4 lbs of chicken wings, what we got was less then half of that. When you are charging over $ 2 per wing and they are smaller then the carrot slivers that come with ( only 6 wings per order- not even half...a lbs per order). Was not too pleased! After spending $80 on wings and to still be hungry is unacceptable. local pizza joint serves better wings for half the price.More

I had high hopes to get decent vegan food in this place from the menu posted on website, after sit down, I learned the reduced menu has no vegan options, only one vegetarian option on the menu is grilled vegetables with goat cheese, so I...ordered it and my family ordered chicken parmesan and the daily special. the grilled vegetables was well made, flavour and texture were all good, 5/5. the chicken parmesan was also good, 4/5, daily special is really just a average dish, 3/5. service was excellent. But I won't drive all the way to Smith falls if they update their website properly.More

We had the Jambalaya and 5 Spice Ram Chicken what can I say we loved it!! The 5 Spice Ram Chicken sauce had so many flavors the rice cooked to perfection, the nann bread was the ultimate pairing. The Jambalaya had a lot of flavors...my husband's go-to!! We will be back 100%More

What a wonderful spot to eat with GREAT food. The service was fantastic and Chef Ram's food was incredibly delicious. We will be back! (I was so excited to eat when the food got to the table that I forgot to take a picture of...his masterpiece...lol...I even had my first Indian dessert, yup again, to excited and forgot to get a picture.) It was our first restaurant that we sat inside (because of the rain) since the world started to open up again...we felt perfectly safe and all Covid protocols are being followed. We’ve been going here for a few years now, and I’ve always had their amazing wings. I recently developed a severe gluten allergy, so on our most recent visit, I asked if they would still be an option. Chef Ram said they are gluten free,...but cooked in the same fryer as everything else, so it may not be a good option for me. He did say that all of their pastas can be ordered gluten free though. I tried one, thinking that it will have to do. It was so good, that I honestly expected that there was a mistake made I. The kitchen and that I would soon start having symptoms, but nope. Nothing. It was an amazing meal! Great establishment, and you can really tell they care about your experience, there. We will always visit there whenever we’re in town.More

We went here Feb 14th and had the most amazing dinner. Beef medallions with tiger shrimp. The Keg could not have cooked that meal any better. It was a little pricey but it was excellent.

Restaurant opens at 11:30 for lunch. It is large enough for big groups. Excellent lunch for 11 adults. Served promptly. Friendly helpful staff.
