Had delivery we usually order the bacon subs religiously and have never ever had a bad sub, well they must have change it there's little to no bacon the bread is went and soggy and it's just gross, this is the first time having a...bad sub but this kinda tops it! Ordered an XL Smiths Falls Favorite pizza and had it delivered to our room. It came promptly and was a HUGE pizza,,...with lots of ingredients and it was hot and excellent. Saved us going out in the rain which was nice after a long drive...to get to Smiths Falls. I recommend this Pizza place,.. Their menu has lots to choose from but we were craving pizza and glad we got one from them,..it was SOOO good.More
Tonight I called smiths falls milanoes to ask a question about the two large 3 topping pizza and drinks deal and the lady told me that the drinks are only included if order online so I told her I no longer wanted the pizza and...she sent them out for delivery anyways and I had to pay for pizzas that I never orderedMore
Tonight we had the Milano's special. It was perfect. We love a thick crust with lots of ingredients and that is exactly what you get. Perfectly baked. I think the cook was Shawn? Just wanted to give them a shout out for making our supper...so delicious and special. Thank you for taking such care and pride in what you do. We were fortunate enough to use the services of Milano during a business luncheon. Wow, lots of toppings piled on and cooked to perfection. Salads and breads were a nice touch!

For an average priced pizza, you could do much worse. Excellent selections made with good quality ingredients. A solid option for delivery pizza.
Smiths Falls is known for having a lot of pizza joints, but Milano's is by far the best. Friendly staff as well.

All I have to say is you must have this pizza. Absolutely delicious. Don’t understand why the negative reviews; clearly some people don’t know what real pizza is supposed to taste like. I would come to this town just for this pizza! Yes, it’s pricey...but worth every dollar. We had a pancetta, pepperoni and tomato slices. Extremely generous topping amounts and it’s real pizza dough, not bread dough as we are accustomed to have in cheap pizza joints. 👍🏻👍🏻More

My pizza, the Smiths Falls Special was pretty good except for soggy crust in the middle but my wife's chicken shawarma was a joke..... Let me count the ways. First off, there was no garlic sauce, got mayo instead of supposed tzazicki (they call it...garlic sauce). The hummus was liquid which we have never seen, and was sloshed all over the Greek salad and potatoes which were cold and greasy. The chicken and rice was so dry and unseasoned you could barely swallow it and there wasn't enough chicken to fill one pita let alone two and there was no turnip. To top it off, when I called and spoke to the manager with our complaint, he hung up on me..... Great customer service!!! Needless to say, we will never order from there again, at least not from the Smiths Falls location. They obviously don't care about their customers!!!More
