Hello Thomjane, you were accidentally confused with another customer. In response to your review, some pizzas have a ‘wet’ ingredients to start, marinated in natural olive oils gives a sensation of being spongy after baking at 800 degrees Fahrenheit. The pizza I’m assuming you had a less than stellar experience with was the Vegetarian pizza. It is tabled for retirement to be replaced with other more precise high temperature creations.
