We were seated promptly during a very busy time. Eggs Benedict was divine and the peameal bacon was cut so thick and delicious I could not eat it all. Excellent coffee. Overall an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend for breakfast.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order the $38.00 Prime Rib dinner! My wife and I both decided to splurge and give ourselves a treat. Big mistake! I ordered mine rare, my wife ordered medium rare. Both arrived barely warm and pretty close to medium well....That wasn't the worst of it! The meat was extremely tough and required three or four cuts with a sharp steak knife to take off a bite sized piece. The so called baked potato was also barely warm and seemed like it had been severely oven overcooked the day before and then microwaved. The Yorkshire pudding had been drowned in the au jus and was just mush. The vegetable was kernel corn, and not exactly what one would expect with a premium priced plate. The pre main course of a salad with a nice balsamic dressing was by far the best part of our meal. You might wonder why we didn't send this disaster back to the kitchen. We were there with a group who were sadly sharing a last time together. To risk making a scene by refusing to eat this disaster would have been cruel because of the occasion.More
Promptly seated and offered coffee immediately. Then we were totally forgotten and ignored….for an hour. My husband and I noticed several other tables of people who came in long after us being seated, orders taken, and their food served while we were still sitting there....The owner made excuses for the waitress, apologized and said coffee’s were on the house. Our food when finally served was lukewarm and not fresh. The entire meal should have been complimentary. My husband and I are both retired professionals of our business. A client/customer should always come first. Mom’s has wonderful atmosphere and charm but unfortunately that’s all.More
We chose this restaurant based on the #1 rating on TA. It seemed that 'Mom' wasn't available that night to scrutinize the quality of food we were served. The pickerel was dry, vegetables were bland and undercooked; the scallops were cooked but the sauce was...tasteless and they were served on two gigantic lettuce leaves. The server was efficient and friendly although appeared flustered since they seemed short staffed. Friends asked if we would recommend this restaurant...I would not...unless you are used to your Mom cooking like this.More
This as exactly the family restaurant we were looking for to have breakfast on our weekend getaway. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The coffee was great and the food was quick, hot and yummy. When I'm back in the area again...i would 100% go back again and recommend it.More

Stopped in for brunch. The service was fast and friendly. The owner came out to ask each table how everything was. Very friendly, great experience. The food was wholesome, real food. Absolutely loved it. Left full.
I called to get directions and was answered by a very pleasant young lady named Jessie. When we arrived it turned out she was also our server - what a delightful and fun girl, we connected immediately and found a lot of things in common,...had a lot of laughs that made the evening totally special - thanks HunnyBunny! Oh, the food was awesome too - my guy had the pan fried pickerel he had been craving and I had liver and onions that I had been craving too and it was out of this world good! I wish we lived closer, anyone who does must go to Mom’s - enjoy!More

I ordered eggs over easy, white of eggs were not cooked, left my meal and went home and was sick. I know the restaurant can do better.
My wife and I just had prime rib, I had scallops with mine. It was perfect, just as ordered. Nice family restaurant in Midland, servers are freindly and attentive.
Very good family restaurant. Hubby had prime rib special which was generosly portioned and cooked the way he asked. The chicken and rib special was also generous and good. The staff were very friendly and there are barriers set up for covid. We also ate...breakfast here and it was good. I would recommend this place for families, couples etc. VERY GOOD!More
