We were told the food was good there... that was an understatement! The food is fabulous, the staff is extraordinary friendly and the service impeccable, the atmosphere is cozy, prices are very reasonable and the choice of wines is just incredible ... definitely a must-do!!!

The Explorers Cafe is a hidden gem. The food is excellent and changes frequently. Great staff and good service. We go as often as we can to enjoy this restaurant.

If you're only eating out once in Midland, then go to Explorers. Very high quality food with good portions and a great selection of wine and cocktails. The atmosphere is super cool too without it being stuffy.

Our B&B recommended the Explorers Cafe to us and it did not disappoint. The place looks nothing from the outside, but is very interestingly decorated inside; with Explorers as the theme. The service was excellent and friendly and the food very good. It was reasonably...More
