We stopped here for lunch because we enjoy the food and often go in the eastern townships in Quebec . I wanted a pasta with meat Sause but they had nothing on the menu that said meat sauce so the waiter said our Maraina sauce is meat sauce I said sorry but I just had that a few weeks ago and it is a pasty tomato sauce witch I don't like. I want a meat sauce once again he repeated himself and out of no were a little middle age red head woman comes up behind me with her voice like a blow horn say madam our Mariana is a meat sauce but her voice she was yelling at me .. I told her what I just told our server and her face expression just made me want to get up and leave. I am a costumer respecting our server and listening to what he is telling me and this old red head is putting her noise were it doesn't belong. So we took his word and ordered our meal and it was a meat sauce and then once we were finished we waited a good 15 to 29inutes for our bill to pay because she had the waited over at the bar talking to him while people waited to be served...would I go back no sorry her actions were uncalled for and her mean face and approach to customers is Un perfectional.. Time for her to retire and leave this job to sum one who is kind and a people person because she sure isn't

Went in for dinner as we both wanted pasta. I ordered the seafood linguini and she had a chicken dish. The order came and I counted two scallops in the dish and a skewer of three scallopes wrapped in bacon deep fried.
On asking about the order our waitress brought out second skewer
I had the caesar salad which was good and my friend the garden salad.
We both enjoyed the meal. Service was really good. The sauce in the linguini was oh so good.

We have had our fair share of shoddy service at other locations however this was not the case here. We came here for an early dinner, were seated and served right away. Dinner and the service were excellent. Would recommend this location to others looking for a good quick delicious meal.

Was very pleasantly surprise by level of service and quality of food.
Called in our order for curb side pickup. Was told 20 minutes for pick up.
Arrived at appointed time and indeed the order was ready for pick up. Everyone ordered something different and each meal was exactly as ordered with individual salads and warm garlic bread for everyone.
Food was hot and very tasty as I would expect had we eaten dine in.

We walked in and were seated quickly and our server came by shortly after sitting and asked about refreshments and we also gave her our order. Our drinks came in good time and our meals also. Of course you get salad or soup and bread and this was brought to our table and our meals came to us in good time, and out food was hot and a good amount. She came by again to make sure all was ok. We were not rushed and she was very pleasant and chatted with us for a moment. The restaurant was clean and you could see when people left the tables were clean. You get your money’s worth here and also we were able to get a discount with our CAA card and also I collected points with my Scene card.

We have dined in numerous times in the past as we are regular visitors to the area. Not always impressed by food quality or even service. Recently we have ordered take out dinners for two twice over the past 2 months. Absolutely blown away with the communication via app and text, the quantity and the quality of food and the delivery curbside. Keep up the good work and we will be back again.

My partner and I came for dinner and we got seated when we walked in. Everything was going great until our waitress, curly hair, older woman, wears glasses to type on the POS, was extremely rude to us. She was giving us disrespectful looks from across the restaurant and staring us down, we would try and make small talk and she would just give us a grouchy look. Then she would help the other tables, look at us when we needed help, than walked away. Long story short, we didn’t finish our meals and we just left. Never coming back here again and I do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a nice meal and sit down

Found they had a limited wine selection. Service was slow but could have been the result of staffing issues everywhere. Ordered fettuccini Alfredo and was disappointed as sauce was runny and order was not accompanied with garlic cheese bread. Just OK meal but will not return

We got to the restaurant after driving five hours.we had to wait for table and once we got our table we had to wait 30 mins for bread and salad. We were not offered cheese in our salad. I took four mouthfuls of salad and had something poke my lip. As it fell into my bowl it was a hard pointy piece of plastic that looks like it was from a bucket. Told our waitress and she got me another one. Then we waited again about 15 mins for her to come back so I could get another fork because it went with my other salad. Then we waited another 20 mins for our food. Then I asked for a take out container and total time by the time we walked out it was another 35 mins. Brutal!!!!
DONT recommend and will never be back

Only a few tables and booths full. Servers however spent all of the evening hiding up in the pick up food area eating and drinking and chatting with each other. We didnt get the ice water we ordered, charged for more wine than we had, didnt get our calamari, didnt get our salad. Table beside us didnt get their bread or their salads either. Servers never stopped eating while they were up hiding behind the wall of tomato and olive oil cans. Absolute nonsense with serving tonight. No one was even at the hostess desk area to seat us. We had to wait 10 minutes until the hostess finished her snack.

We'd seen on the website they had a deal on every night of the week. The night we went it was a meal for two for $50 when you bought two drinks. We ordered our drinks and then asked how the meal deal worked. There was a starter to share and then either soup of the day or a salad. followed by a choice of two main meals. We plumped for the salad and the chicken parmigiana. The starter were little dough garlic balls with a dipping sauce, which we had never had before and they were very moreish. The salad was freshly made and plentiful. The chicken dish had two massive chicken fillets with the sauce and served with spaghetti. Oh yes and to follow it off we had two mini desserts. Very good value for money.

To Manager Peter——-Last night we had a great dinner and great service at your restaurant. We were served by a young lady who has been working there for two days. She was very attentive and helpful in ordering our meals. Her name is Hunter. Throughout our meal another waitress who we assume was The Supervisor kept yelling at Hunter from the other side of the restaurant. We found nothing wrong with Hunter’s service . In fact it was the opposite. She was helpful and had a great attitude. The Supervisor did not and should improve her ways. Other than the performance of this Supervisor we had a great evening. ————David Tilson

Stopped in here after camping on October 30,2020. Server I believe was Kathy. Friendly on arrival. Lots of info on procedures. Took care of all our needs and was very attentive Fun and talkative throughout meal. Glad we stopped and will be back on our next trip thru the area

Excellent service tonight with Lalit. After a horrible service last Sept we have been hesitant to go back but tonight was exceptional. The food was amazing and hot and came in the proper order. Lalit is an excellent server, very attentive and knowledgable about the menu and specials for the evening.

We reserved at least two weeks in advance. Majority wanted Kelsey's but they said they could not do it. Oh well, off to Mario's. I had the Veal Limon. Delicious. Our server, Rebecca, was new but she did a super job. It was a family reunion type of dinner and it went over well. Thank you Mario's!!
