The food and service was good. We went there to avoid cooking after a long drive to Huntsvile. Left full and happy. The lower density Covid seating made the experience more fun for my group - 3 loud teenagers didnt have to be shushed continuously

Large group meal

We were a larger group for dinner everyone ordered, all food was delivered at the same time and was hot. Food was good, the service was excellent definitely a good experience.

A Huge Disappointment!!!

We were delighted to learn that Kelseys had finally opened for take out. It has been a weekly perk to get take out once a week for the last 10 weeks of our isolation. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and when I placed my order I was asked if I would like bacon in it. I said yes. When it arrived here at home, there was no bacon. I have never had such a bad Alfredo sauce in my life. It was totally tasteless. It was like a light white sauce with absolutely no flavour. Such a disappointing meal!!!!

Could have been better

When we had walked in we were greeted by a hostess or employee but at this time I was showing my mother how to enter the contest that they were advertising at the front of the restaurant, the hostess then proceeded to walk around the corner and would not wait for my mother and I to finish what we were doing, and rudely stated" your table is around the corner" and walked away. We ordered our drinks, and when they came the server told us the kids drinks did not have lids. she decided to bring two FULL glasses of juice for kids, placed all the drinks infront of one person instead of going around to each person and when placing the last drink on the table, she was not paying attention and put it on a crayon which then caused it to fall and spill all over our table and soaking one of the kids. She did not apologize and literally just stood there and then said " oh i will go get some napkins".....the napkins were useless, so my mom went and got a rag and cleaned it up herself! as the server just stood there, again no apology or anything and just let my mom clean up the huge mess she just made. The food was very good and came out very fast and hot which was great!! but then the server was helping another table, came and cleared one of our plates and took about 20 minutes to provide us with the bill, again not clearing the table at all in between going back and forth from the other tables and giving us our bill. Overall the food was great and fast, but we felt that the employees lack a sense of customer service and proper training. Even if the waitress didn't think it was her fault for spilling the drinks, she could have atleast apologized, and cleaned up the mess herself properly.

Medicre at best

I know, it's a Kelsey's, what else did I expect? We had to overnight in Huntsville and, because we were tired, chose the eatery closest to our hotel. The waitress was great and the beer cold but the food was AWFUL. I ordered a steak, and although it was cooked to my liking (MR) it was incredibly tough. The vegetables were so bad they were funny - waterlogged, mushy and tasteless. My husband had the chicken fried chicken and that's what he got, no big surprises there except for the lack of flavour.

Very disappointed

We ordered in for a work lunch for 12 people, which we do this at least 4x a month. We were all very disappointed. The fries weren't cooked, chicken wings were also pink and chicken bites were almost nonexistent, more like crumbs and any "larger" pieces were overcooked, dry and hard. Our company will never bring in food from there again.

That's it, I finally give up on Kelseys !

It's my 3rd dissapointment in a row now at a Kelsey's, so we finally give up! The picture on the menu look amazing, but the food we got was barely cafeteria. The salmon was undercooked in middle, th rice was mushy, the garnishment veggies on salmon were probably cooked hours ago. The standard great dish of the past, Balsamic Chicken, that my wife has ordered 100 times in the past, was a dissapointment. The chicken breast was old and stringy, hard to chew. The mash, brocolli and sauce were still great. My son got a baked potato, said Wendy's is better. Also got Cajun mini shrimp.. bad! Wings were Ok, draft beer was cold an fresh. What can you expect from big chain, generic food! The waiter was so unfriendly, barely spoke. Why did I still leave a good tip ??? We basically ate 1/4 of the food, so we took the rest hoping it tastes better at night? I don't know, we haven't tried it yet.

Do not waste your money

We go to Kelsey's at home with the kids and it is alright, this was not. The kids ordered chicken Alfredo and it was full of full peppercorns? They sifted through and picked out as much as they could but neither was very happy about it. I had the salmon and the actual salmon was ok, but the veggies were mush and for some reason very spicy. The rice in my dish was undercooked and some was hard. For the 20-30$ a plate we should have been served better food.

Everything about this place is mediocre - food, service.....disappointed with the fajitas. I think they heat up frozen fajita wraps in the microwave....they're dry and chewy like leather.... Food in general is pre-prepared and loaded with sodium.

Won’t be there long if they don’t open

When we checked to our hotel we were told they would be closed Mknday and Tuesday. We went there on Wednesday around 4:30 pm, and the doors were locked and dark inside, yet there sign posted hours for the rest of the week and other couple we’re heading to the doors and mentioned to them it’s not open, and they even tried. This place states under new management but where are you and your staff? You lost a good amount of money to other place.

I Ordered the Sonoma chicken salad...it was so small I finished it faster than eating an appetizer and it cost about $18!!! Just ridiculous a d a total rip off... hubby had chicken wings and were puny....never ever will eat here again...should have went to East Side Marios dammit!
