Great place to eat! We stopped in for brunch. The restaurant is cozy, the staff were very friendly and the food was really good!

The smell of breakfast in the morning makes me choose the restaurant over and over again. Always so great!

Imagine that perfect diner from your childhood - or depending on your age your parents childhood. Nothing fancy on offer but almost every comfort dish you can imagine is on offer. I've ate here so many time it ain't funny - and I've only been...a Brockville resident since Early 2020. I've had most of the dishes on their breakfast and lunch menu - haven't found an item I haven't enjoyed. Staff are almost too friendly - especially the owner and his mom. My only down note is they are take-out only now (during these COVID times). That means you don't get to enjoy things piping hot and fresh but instead out of a take-out container. We're still eating there but I miss sitting down and enjoying the place like we did pre-COVID.More

Thank-you Jon's, we enjoyed our weekly experience from September'19 thru to March'20. Our son played with the Brockville Braves JR A and we heard this was the place to go and it was. Breakfast is fantastic! Great quality Eggs & Bacon, choice of potato option,...cups of coffee and if GF yes they have Bread. What was nice you felt welcomed, always friendly, very quick even if you see a line up wait. I felt we were part of the community in the end. The pictures dont do it justice but just a great small town place. An old house converted to a diner type restaurant. Nothing fancy but good.We hope to be back and will miss our weekend Breakfast treat. We never had a chance to try lunch or dinner options but suppose to be great as well and lots of PIES!More

This place is excellent. Worth coming off the highway into town. Portion size is excellent and there is a wide variety on a compact menu. We will definitely return. Burger was like an old fashion one. Yummy.

On my first ever visit to Jon’s Restaurant, I was disconcerted by the slightly shabby exterior appearance, and the distinctly shabby neighbourhood Jon’s is located in. However, I was quickly reassured by the quiet, classy, interior, tastefully decorated with railway memorabilia, befitting the restaurant’s location...beside the railway tracks and opposite Brockville Station. Service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the classic smoked meat on rye, with fries and coleslaw, which arrived in a little more than 10 minutes. The rye bread was lightly toasted and generously filled with smoked meat, and the fries (made in-house) were particularly good. Portion size was ample – I would very much have liked to try one of the dessert pies on the specials board, but I’m afraid there just wasn’t room for it! Total (with coffee) was a very reasonable $16; I’m looking forward to my next visit.More

Excellent breakfasts and other food.. Good service at Jon's! Busy spot but they flip tables well so never a very long wait. I would give a 5 except the booths need some TLC for comfort.

Was in Brockville to meet some friends over the weekend and came across this place. Busy place and the reviews were right had a great bacon and eggs breakfast. Had to wait a little longer than normal but it was worth it. Friendly staff and...great experience. Will go back if I am in the area again.More
