Best food for the price and taste. A must. Good for family and kids. A taste of Greek and Canadian food. Just like Moma used to make.

Was trying to decide between Very Good and Average - all things consider for $ 8 where can you get a hot beef sandwich and homemade soup. Friendly staff and very helpful. If you looking a basic lunch - this place is very suitable. Nothing pretentious about the atmosphere - basic eatery for a meal.

Fast service and good food, but the size of the sandwich on their smoked meat platter was disappointing. My co-workers, though, raved about their breakfasts.

our family decided to have a birthday dinner here because some family members dine there regularly. it seemed like a scene from "Cheers" because " everybody knows your name ". I had the $10.99 roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes, a side of veggies and a salad. hot and delicious ! I took a doggie bag home because the portions... More

You need to drive about 10 km out of Brockville (I believe it would be North on one of the main roads) to find it. I asked a senior outside of Shopper's Drug Mart. He had lived in the area for many many years! My wife and I were not disappointed. I forget what we ordered possibly a hot beef... More

This older, working-class diner, a local favourite, is always busy. Everybody takes some of the meal home as the plates come loaded with old-fashioned specials too good to leave on the plate.

I had the roast turkey, which was too dry, and my wife had the salmon, which was a small thin portion, also too dry. We were both very disappointed by the main dish. The pasta and vegetable soup was very good. We also tasted a friend's lasagna and were both not happy with the flavor of the sauce (we had... More

Going through the front door of the Tincap Restaurant was an eyeopener!! It looked small and kind of shabby on the outside, typical small town-ish style. It was so spacious inside!! and so BUSY!!! The food was served piping hot, mouth watering specials served by a motherly hen waitress...so pleasant and heartwarming!! I would LOVE going back there again! They... More
