We live in another part of NS but come to Yarmouth often for business. A struggling but growing food scene in t own with some nice new additions. This is a breakfast & lunch spot that is just off the main drag. It has a very homey atmosphere. It's closed on weekends. The menu is eclectic but wisely limited. You'll find something appealing. The Shanty Cafe has such a diverse menu, and their wraps are among my favourite menu items. But the real draw, for me, is the all-day breakfast. They have several delicious breakfast options, but my go-to item is their breakfast sandwich, made fresh there for...you (rather than pre-prepared and reheated). Atmospheric surroundings, varied menu, pleasant and personable staff and excellent food. The menu has something for everyone, generouse portions and reasonable prices.
