The sushi is delicious, they make some fantastic and unique rolls. The fish is fresh and service is quick. The only down side is the hours, they close around 5pm (targeting the lunch crowd) so we don't eat there as much as we would like because they aren't open for dinner.

Kozo has the most interesting and the tastiest rolls of any sushi spot in Squamish. Great place to go with your other half, friend or business associates, I've even taken the kids and it was great :D

Kozo is conveniently located in picturesque downtown Squamish . They have Great food , awesome staff, and are very popular with the locals. I recommend the Crunchy Yam Roll- super good! Open Monday-Friday 11:30am-6pm

Hiro knows what's up. Specialty rolls is what he does best. Definitely do not leave without trying the Super Hiro. The Ahi Poke and Salmon Tartar are also must have appies.

Super hero roll, dragon roll, lumina roll... seriously the best sushi in the whole world. I really hope you don't move to pre-packaged rolls. Your rolls are loved because they are so fresh! So fresh and so tasty!

Kozo is amazing! The sushi is fresh and creative and good value, especially compared to Sushi Sen. The only negative is they are not open very late.

I was very impressed with the quality of the sushi and the creativeness of the rolls and beautiful presentation. Menu prices were lower than expected for sushi as well. Small sized dining area with cozy, relaxing atmosphere.

This was a completely unanticipated delight -- inventive, fresh, sushi in Squamish. We had a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian rolls, including Spicy Yam, Lumina, and Purple, with miso soup and some ohitashi for a take-out dinner. The miso soup was rich with a deep flavour broth and diced home-style tofu, the ohitashi had just the right amount of sesame... More
