We stopped in while traveling from Whistler to Vancouver - pure luck. Their vegetable lentil soup was delicious. We chose a ham and cheese sandwich and asked to have it grilled, yum. We managed to avoid the serious temptation of their baked goods. Don't make the same mistake - their sweets looked wonderful. Note: If you focus on the decor,... More

The Sunflower Bakery Cafe had great baked goods. I bought several loaves of healthy, tasty bread there. Very good coffee! The service was exceptional, and the clerks very friendly.

After reading other reviews I was looking forward to having lunch there. They advertised organic lemonade - they used Simply Lemonade. They advertised Nestle's Iced Tea - it came Western Family in a tin. My husband's bagel with tomato and cheese came with processed cheese slices. My Mediterranean wrap was dry with minimal tomato and bits of processed cheese. There... More

Three of us stopped in for lunch. Service was friendly and prompt. The Mediterranean Wrap with tomato flavored and colored wrap was very good. I had a generous salad - also very good - but I would have liked a sharper cheese. Very reasonable priced!

Purchased an oatmeal cookie and it literally crumbled into dust. Inedible, dry, awful. My husband had a chocolate chip cookie that didn't fare any better.

I love to pop in and pick up my latte and a goodie! There are many delicious treats to pick from, and organic. If you wish, you can bring some bread home. They have many different kinds. You can sit outside, inside. The staff are very friendly. It's a cute little place that I enjoy to visit!

Good place to grab a soup and sandwich or baked treat. My kids love the cheesesticks. Limited seating but bright and warm environment.

Good wholesome food in a seemingly less fashionable town for breaks. Great quiche and soup of the day.

A cold reception from our server but the other server seemed quite friendly, we just got the wrong one. Had a sandwich and unlike normal eateries this sandwich had a small thin piece of ham and an even smaller piece of thin cheese, about half the size of the bread it was in. Quite poor value for money and I... More
