Cool, casual and fun, really close to the small plane action and great spaces for the kids to roam safely right next to the aeroplanes.

Plane spotters dream cafe. Located right under the CYYJ control tower in a building that shares space with the Victoria Flying Club, this spot is a great spot for brekkie and spotting. Took a seat on the patio overlooking the victoria flying clubs fleet of...More

First visit for 2 years on a return trip from London to find the Dakota nicely refurbished with improved furnishings and decor - but most importantly still serving magical Wonton soups on Monday Wednesday and Fridays lunchtime 🤪. This is the only dish we have...More

well known for their won ton, search and rescue fly in from Comox almost weekly for this lunch special. Our cycling group usually has a destination for coffee & pastry, this is one of our favorites.

Interesting place with a lot of locals at the Victoria Flying Club; near the International Airport-can be tough to find. Friendly service (we weren't there at a busy time) and good basic breakfast food with generous portions.

This is a breakfast and lunch cafe only located in the same building as the flying school adjacent the Victoria airport. The cafe decor is all about flight (very appropriate) and the premises is spotlessly clean. There is a outdoor patio with umbrellas during good...More

It's unfortunate that I must write a poor review for this restaurant as it used to be quite a nice place to visit. Some days are better than others, but over-all, I'd have to advise people take their money elsewhere. I'm not sure if it...More

This is a nice place that originally was just a coffee shop, but then added sandwiches, and soon brought in a complete menu as the word got out and more people get showing up!
