Worst service ever and terrible food. We sat for over an hour waiting for our food. When it came it was wrong. We waited another 10 minutes for cutlery and we were never asked if wanted refills on our drinks. Don’t waist your time or...money.More

My husband and I live here in Princeton. We've eaten at Brown Bridge Pub 4 times, the food wasn't terrible (Regular Pub Fare). Tonight, after a day of working outside, my husband said he'd love a plate of nachos, so I called in an order...to Brown Bridge. After 4 attempts to call them and only getting their voicemail, I thought I'd try one more time. It was a mistake. The guy who answered the phone sounded like he couldn't be bothered to take the order, but said the nachos would be ready in 10 mins which was awesome. My hubby and I came to pick the order up, the place was empty aside from a table of , and 2 other patrons sitting at the bar. I received no greeting from the girl behind the bar stuffing her face (maybe she was on break?), and the guy who answered the phone standing beside her merely stated the total and passed me the debit machine. I tipped $4.00, said thank you and was on my home with our nachos. We got home all excited to dig in... I opened the box and was greeted with a pile of chips, raw veggies, cold torn pieces of unseasoned burger patties, and cold freshly shredded cheese. These nachos weren't even fired in the oven!!!! NOT EVEN COOKED. I called to enquire, and the girl behind the bar who was too busy eating to look at me stated "Oh yeah.... our oven isn't working right now..." She finally gave a half-assed "Sorry" and that was the end of that. You guys probably want to get your act together, or sell the place to people who understand how to run a pub/restaurant. This was PATHETIC, and I will spread the word to EVERYONE.More

We stopped for lunch and had the roast beef sandwich. It could have been warmer and the meat a little more tender but it was delicious. The horseradish was very hot and the fries and yam fries very good. Great service.

Passing through Princeton and luckily stopped at this food. The server said there was nothing she would not recommend and she was right. Amazing burgers and what surprise the fish and chips were the best I’ve had! Will definitely be back

We walked into this great looking pub...Covid-19 procedures all in place, greeted by a very friendly hostess...we sat and our server quickly came to take our orders. She was really nice too...then food arrived... WOMP WOMP! literally the worst. Served ice cold fish'n chips, and...even after a "re-fire" still unedible. We also ordered a daily special which was also cold and not good. A real let-down. Basically, the high quality servers deserve a better quality kitchen staff... And I would try this place again because of how well were treated by them.More

Was travelling through Princeton and decided to stop for what we hoped would be a quick late lunch. It was almost 2:00 PM, so we assumed that it wouldn't be too busy. To be fair, the restaurant was pretty full but we never dreamt it...would take almost 45 minutes to get our food after we had ordered. The food itself was average at best and we left most of it on the plates. In looking around the restaurant, it was clear that everyone else was waiting a long time for their food. The server said it was because they just got a new stove however, I note that a review done on TA in July said they waited an hour for their food too. Unless you have plenty of time on your hands to wait for very average food, I would keep driving and find somewhere else to eat.More

We were very impressed with the Covid 19 procedures. Sanitizer as you came in, tables (and chairs), menu cleaned between patrons etc. The staff were obviously working very hard. We saw the burgers coming out of the kitchen, they looked so good we decided to...have the Bridge burger. However, we waited an hour for our food. Certainly the presentation was impressive. When served were presented with stake knifes to cut our burgers - we needed them. The burger patties were so hard and dry (perhaps over cooked) and the buns were not day old, but several days - hard and dried out. They should never have left the kitchen. This may have been a one-off but we will not return and advice our friends to pass this Pub when in Princeton.More

We were a little nervous about the virus and social distancing. Signage was good and our server Rachelle put us at ease and explained everything. The food was great. My wife and I shared the fish and chips and an order of wings. Too much...to finish but was really good.More

My husband and I stopped for a few beers after a long day renovations /drywalling and the waitress took her time time to serve us. The place was empty. After awhile the local young people came in and the atmosphere turned in their personal house...party. The language was loud and very foul. The music was just as bad. There were 2 other couples there and they didn’t seem impressed either. We live in Keremeos and have always had great food and service. The last few times we have visited we were not impressed at all. One time we were there we purchased $20 in pull tabs and when I went to cash them in for more the waitress was very snotty and asked if I’d purchased them there. Your food is excellent but the service is lacking to the point that we will find somewhere else to have a cold beer.More

Wow the portion sizes were huge. Warm, welcoming and comfy pub for a meal after a long day of travel. Food was fresh and delish. I had southwest salad.

The Pub was full at lunch time but enough room for us to sit and enjoy a tasty meal. Fish and chips and salads were well received and I would recommend if you're en route or staying in the area.

This is the second time we’ve stop there on our way from Vancouver to the Okanogan and we always had a great meal. It works for the meat and potato people as well as for the foodies. The shrimp chowder we had was absolutely amazing....Would highly recommend this lunch stop in your travels.More

Stopped in Princeton for the night. Pretty much the only thing open late on a Saturday night. Started off on the wrong foot with the servers due to a sign issue in which it said “ please be seated”. Staff all thought the sign said...“ please WAIT to be seated”. Had a good laugh and ended up with great service and food was pretty good !More

Our daughter was visiting us in Merritt, we took a drive to Princeton, stopped at the Brown Bridge pub for lunch. I had the soup and sandwich special the soup was shrimp which was very good but the size of the chunks of potato were...extremely large. Just too large. My husband had the burger which was great and our daughter the lunch special which was pulled chicken sliders and a salad. We really enjoyed the food and our server Sydney was great. Will return on next visit to Princeton.More

That's a great question, since we dont have kids, how about you give them a quick call and ask, I know that some pubs allow children, while others do not. Thier # is 250-295-1281. Good Luck.
