My family and I were in Port Alberni for a week and came here twice! Small, simple menu done right! The fish is excellent grilled, traditional, or panko. Yes, I tried all! Generous portions great flavors!

Two of us had cod & chips (one with panko, the other with traditional batter). The servings were quite large, but on closer inspection, mine (traditional batter) was ALOT of batter and very little fish. The fish was very dry and over cooked. Our fries...More

This place blew my mind. Were driving from Tofino to Vancouver City my partner and I decided, for whatever reason, we wanted fish and chips and ultimately ended up here. At first, the interior didn't impress - probably because it was formally a church? However,...More

Along the road in port alberni, very nice restaurant with nice interior in an old church. Friendly and outside seating. Nice place when you are inevitably passing through port alberni on your way to or from tofino/ucluelet.

Just a quick stop for lunch and got a lot for our money. The platter is almost too big. Plan on some carry out when you are finished.

We can grill the fish so it is gluten free. We also cook the fries in a separate deep fryer from the battered fish, so they are gluten free also. Owner
