Went for the live music. Got there and was impressed that you could not hear the music as you walked up. But we couldn't sit inside as music was too loud and there was hardly anyone sitting inside. No reason for the music to be...More

We had read good reviews on SnW so thought we'd go there for Father's Day. Five of us visited. Unfortunately, for us I guess, we arrived near the end of their Father's Day breakfast Buffet and we paid for that with half-warmed, long-sitting, dried-out dishes....More

Wendy, when does it become alright for a man to berate a woman in front of her boss non stop about how terrible she was at her job? I am not sure if your husband had been trying unsuccessfully to make the server cry but he was unsuccessful at dealing with this respectfully. As for what your husband said to me the owner, it was clear he was in no mood to be in a conscious conversation at the time to try and repair any type of damage done to your evening. I as the owner stood up for my server and explained to your husband his way of handling this was unwelcome here. I would have been happy to discuss the issues if cooler heads would have prevailed but it was clear your husband was beyond any of this type of conversation. As for the manager speaking to the rest of the table after you had left, there were upwards of 5 at least who had exclaimed the meals and malfunction in the delivery of food was a non issue. The person at your table who was the receiver of the most of the unsuccessful delivery of food even took time to come up and speak to me directly. However, if it was not conducted properly or to your expectations I do now apologize. There was no chance of taking care of the situation at the time and we do invite you back to discuss further and hopefully provide us with another chance to make this right in your eyes.
